Cuando me entra la ansiedad, trato de deshacerme de ella, mi forma es expulsando cada parte que se me adhiere al cuerpo, exponiéndola, dejando que todo eso que me afecta se refleje más en mi exterior que en mi interior, a veces la fotografía como medio de expresión ayuda mucho a sentirse bien, a botar el estrés.

Siempre que puedo lo dejo claro, ya que a mi me encanta la fotografía y he descubierto que realmente ayuda, se siente bien dejando salir todo lo que nos encierra en un circulo. Quizá no lo vean así porque no lo han intentado, pero quizá también los que ya lo hicieron lo saben muy bien.

La fotografía es mucho, es más de lo que pensamos, tiene tanto poder o más que unas simples palabras, con una foto podemos cambiar la manera de pensar de alguien, sembrar una duda, mostrar sentimientos, provocar sentimientos en alguien más, una fotografía es la muestra más grande que se puede hacer una obra de arte, si sabemos utilizarla. Es más que una selfie, que es lo más popular, no estoy criticando, a mi me encanta una selfie, pero si supieran el poder de una foto, y todo lo que ella transmite, haríamos más arte.

Anoche entre canciones y mis pensamientos sobre mis inseguridades y la ansiedad que tenía por querer cumplir todo y resolver mis problemas tenía mi aro de luz y me estaba planchado el cabello, y sin querer toqué un botón y en vez de la luz blanca de mi aro se pasó a la luz roja, y para cambiarla a blanco nuevamente primero debía cambiar todos los colores, así que se me ocurrió una brillante idea que fue ¿Por qué no tomarme fotos con estos colores del aro ,en vez de utilizar los filtros de las redes sociales?, así fue, después de plancharme el cabello, probé una y mil poses, me relajé, me dejé fluir, pasé 3 horas tomando fotos y me sentí mejor.

Cuando vi las fotografías supe que había hecho un gran trabajo y no, no se resolvieron mis problemas, pero si me sentí mejor al exponer todo lo que me estaba agobiando entre ellos, parte de mis inseguridades con el cuerpo. Cuando se trata de tomar fotografías así a alguien más, es difícil si la persona no cede tanto, porque hay personas que no saben que el cuerpo puede servir de expresión artística, no saben explotar su potencial. Yo no soy experta en el tema, pero es más fácil conmigo, si estoy sola, si tengo música que me gusta y si me puedo soltar como quiera, me siento cómoda, y me siento feliz.
