How to fix a bricked Polaris RX 400s GPU?

<p>While working on modded BIOS for my cards I managed to brick single BIOS GPU.</p>
<p>There is a <a href="http://www.overclock.net/t/593427/how-to-unbrick-your-bricked-graphics-card-fix-a-failed-bios-flash/">known guide</a> to unbrick your card that implies shorting two pins of the BIOS chip. This seems not just complicated but risky, there is an easier way.</p>
<p>1. Connect the bricked card along with a second card which works connected to the main video PCIE slot.</p>
<p>2. Under Windows (I used 8.1 x64) remove AMD drivers using the latest <a href="http://www.wagnardmobile.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&amp;t=624">DDU</a> (Display Driver Unistaller). I used version 17.0.2.1. Select remove completely AMD drivers under secure mode and reboot.</p>
<p>3. Reboot windows and reflash with AtiFlash 2.7.4 in Windows (not AtiWinFlash) your card with the stock or another working BIOS. Remember that AtiFlash is not working under DOS.</p>
<p>4. Reboot and your are done!</p>
