Saludos queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, feliz fin de semana para todos; el día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de chicharrones de cerdo. Mi hermano es fanatico a comer cerdo y por eso quise hacerle unos la tarde de hoy que los disfrutara. Son muy sencillos de hacer a continuación te muestro el paso a paso.

My brother is a fan of eating pork and that's why I wanted to make some for him today afternoon so he could enjoy them. They are very simple to do below I show you the step by step.

Cortamos la piel del cerdo en cuadros.

Luego llevamos una sartén al fuego añadimos un poco de agua, seguidamente la piel de cerdo, el oregano, la sal y el ajo. Dejamos cocinar.

Cuando se este secando el agua bajamos el fuego y dejamos freír.
