El día de hoy les traigo unas deliciosas Caraotas Blancas Guisadas; les cuento que las caraotas blancas sean vuelto mis aliadas en la cocina y en cualquier preparación quedan realmente gustosas. Es muy fácil de hacer e ideal para un sabroso almuerzo, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.       |    Greetings my dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you some delicious Stewed White Beans; I tell you that white beans have become my allies in the kitchen and in any preparation they are really tasty. It is very easy to make and ideal for a tasty lunch, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.        |

|  • 1 taza de caraotas blancas cocidas • 1/2 cebolla morada • 1/2 pimentón verde • 1 ramita de cilantro • 5 dientes de ajo • 1 chorrito de aceite vegetal • 1/2 cucharadita de onoto molido • 1/2 cucharadita de sal • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra    |  • 1 cup of cooked white beans • 1/2 purple onion • 1/2 green bell pepper • 1 sprig of coriander • 5 garlic cloves • 1 splash of vegetable oil • 1/2 teaspoon of onotomolide • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper       |

|  Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación cortando la cebolla morada, el ajo, cilantro y pimentón.  |    We are going to start our preparation by cutting the purple onion, garlic, cilantro and paprika.      |

|   Luego colocamos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el aceite y al estar caliente incorporamos la cebolla, el ajo, cilantro y pimentón. Sofreimos por unos minutos, luego agregamos el onoto, la sal y la pimienta. Removemos y dejamos cocinar hasta que los aliños esten bien sofritos.      |   Then we put a frying pan on the fire, add the oil and when it is hot, add the onion, garlic, coriander and paprika. |   Mezclamos para integrar todos los ingredientes. Si ves la preparación muy seca puedes agregar un poco de agua. Cocinamos hasta que el agua haya evaporado un poco y todos los ingredientes esten bastante suaves.     |   Mix to integrate all the ingredients.
