|    Saludos mis queridos amigos de Plant Power (Vegan), es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Falafel; este sabroso falafel lo hice la tarde de hoy y los acompañe con la veganesa de ajo y cilantro,  porque desde la primera vez que los probé me encantó y cada vez que puedo los hago en casa y me como muchos. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.    |   Greetings my dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Falafel; I made this tasty falafel this afternoon and I accompanied it with the vegan garlic and coriander, because from the first time I tried it I loved it and whenever I can I make it at home and I eat a lot. |   • 500 gramos de garbanzos • 1 manojo pequeño de cilantro • 1 manojo pequeño de perejil • 1 cabeza de ajo grande  • 1 y 1/2 cucharada de comino • 1/2 cucharada de pimienta negra • 1 y 1/2 cucharada de sal  • Cantidad necesaria de aceite para freir      |    • 500 grams of chickpeas • 1 small bunch of cilantro • 1 small bunch of parsley • 1 large head of garlic • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of cumin • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of salt • Amount of oil required for frying   |

|   Vamos a agregar los garbanzos en un envase, añadimos agua hasta cubrir. Dejamos en remojo por veinticuatro horas. Una vez pasado el tiempo escurrimos el agua y empezamos a pelar nuestros garbanzos. Ya que hemos pelado los garbanzos estan listos para hacer la receta de hoy.   |  We are going to add the chickpeas in a container, add water until covered. Let soak for twenty-four hours. |   Después vamos a incorporar en una maquina manual para moler parte de nuestros garbanzos y un poco de cilantro, perejil y ajo. Molemos y vamos a ir alternando estos ingredientes hasta culminar con ellos. Y ya quedara lista la primera parte de nuestra masa.      |    Then we are going to incorporate in a manual machine to grind part of our chickpeas and a little cilantro, parsley and garlic. |   Ahora agregamos el comino, la sal y pimienta negra. Mezclamos muy bien para que todos los ingredientes se integren. Ya esta condimentada la masa.   | Now we add the cumin, salt and black pepper. We mix very well so that all the ingredients are integrated. The dough is already seasoned.    |

|   Luego con ayuda de una cuchara tomamos una porción de la preparación y con las manos aplastamos ligeramente para darle forma a nuestro falafel.      |   Then with the help of a spoon we take a portion of the preparation and with our hands we slightly crush to shape our falafel.      |

|   Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, agregamos suficiente aceite. Luego vamos a ir incorporando nuestros falafel para que se vayan cocinando; al estar dorados por ambos lados retiramos del fuego y vamos a ir disponiendo en un plato con servilletas, éstas para que absorban el exceso de grasa.   | Next we put a frying pan on the fire, add enough oil.
