El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Rigatoni con Vegetales; esta sabrosa comida la hice la tarde de hoy para el almuerzo en casa y les confieso que queda realmente gustosa. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.    |  Greetings my dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Rigatoni with Vegetables; I made this tasty meal this afternoon for lunch at home and I confess that it is really tasty. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.       |

| • 200 gramos de rigatoni • 1/2 calabacín • 2 tomates • 5 hojas de albahaca • 5 dientes de ajo • 1/2 cucharada de sal • 1 chorrito de aceite vegetal  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra • 3 tazas de agua      |    • 200 grams of rigatoni • 1/2 zucchini • 2 tomatoes • 5 basil leaves • 5 garlic cloves • 1/2 tablespoon of salt • 1 splash of vegetable oil • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper • 3 cups of water       |

|  Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación colocando el agua en una olla, luego que ha empezado a hervir incorporamos  la sal y los rigatoni. Dejamos cocinar hasta que esten blandos; luego retiramos del fuego, colamos y reservamos.     |   We are going to start our preparation by placing the water in a pot, after it has begun to boil, we add the salt and the rigatoni. We let cook until they are soft; then we remove from the heat, strain and reserve.       |

|   Después colocamos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el chorrito de aceite y al estar caliente agregamos el ajo y el calabacín. Freimos hasta dorar, este proceso tarda aproximadamente cinco minutos.      |    Then we put a frying pan on the fire, add the drizzle of oil and when it is hot we add the garlic and zucchini. |   Seguimos cocinando, luego agregamos la sal y pimienta. Removemos y cocinamos por diez minutos a fuego medio tapado.
