Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo unas deliciosas Panquecas Saladas de Avena Rellenas con Jamón y Queso; en esta oportunidad las rellene con estos ingredientes pero tu puedes hacerlas con el relleno de tu preferencia, al igual que puedes utilizar la harina que tengas en casa o la que te guste. Además de ser muy fáciles de hacer quedan realmente deliciosas, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Today I bring you some delicious Salted Oatmeal Pancakes Stuffed with Ham and Cheese; This time I filled them with these ingredients but you can make them with the filling of your choice, just as you can use the flour you have at home or the one you like. In addition to being very easy to be really delicious, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.

• 2 tazas de harina de avena 
• 1 taza de leche líquida 
• 2 huevos 
• 1/2 cucharadita de sal
• 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear 
• 3 cucharadas de aceite 
• 4 rebanadas de jamón 
• 150 gramos de queso blanco

• 2 cups of oatmeal 
• 1 cup of liquid milk 
• 2 eggs 
• 1/2 teaspoon salt 
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
• 3 oil tablespoons 
• 4 slices of ham 
• 150 grams of white cheese

Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación añadiendo la harina de avena en un envase, luego hacemos un hueco en el centro; ahí agregamos los huevos, el aceite y la leche. Mientras que en el al rededor incorporamos la sal y el polvo para hornear. 

>We are going to start our preparation by adding the oat flour in a container, then make a hole in the center; there we add the eggs, oil and milk. While around we incorporate salt and baking powder.

Con ayuda de un batidor vamos a mezclar la preparación hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren. Y ya estaría lista nuestra mezcla para las panquecas. (Si ves que la mezcla esta muy seca puedes añadir un chorrito de leche). 

>With the help of a whisk we will mix the preparation until all the ingredients are integrated. And our pancake mix would be ready. (If you see that the mixture is very dry you can add a splash of milk).

Luego cortamos el queso en rectangulos. Ahora envolvemos el queso con una rebanada de jamón. 

>Then we cut the cheese into rectangles. Now we wrap the cheese with a slice of ham.

Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, aceitamos y al estar bien caliente hacemos una primera capa; de la misma manera que se hacen las panquecas habitualmente. Después agregamos el jamón y queso envuelto, cocinamos por unos minutos para luego agregar la capa final de estas sabrosas panquecas rellenas. Cocinamos por otros minutos y al estar dorada por ambos lados retiramos del fuego. Continuamos estos pasos hasta terminar con los ingredientes. 

>Next we put a frying pan on the fire, oil it and when it is very hot we make a first layer; in the same way that pancakes are usually made. Then we add the wrapped ham and cheese, cook for a few minutes and then add the final layer of these tasty stuffed pancakes. We cook for another minute and when it is golden on both sides we remove it from the heat. We continue these steps until we finish with the ingredients.

Una vez que vamos cocinando disponemos en un plato.

Servimos, cortamos una a la mitad para que se vea el relleno. Y ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de estas deliciosas Panquecas Saladas de Avena Rellenas con Jamón y Queso.
