This Is What I Do

Friends. Am I searching for things to post about? Maybe.
We all live very different lives in some ways.
You know I am old/er and I spend some time thinking about what I need to do to remain healthy.
I am well into my seventh decade on earth and if I want to stay around for many more years.
I need to make sure that my body's cells are nourished with the proper minerals and vitamins as best I can.
So I take some supplements and vitamins that I will show you.
And no. I don't look like that photo above. lol

So I have found some herbs and natural ingredients that I use on a daily basis.
The founder has an amazing story to tell of his healing.

I have no affiliation with this company. It is a private company. Or it has been.

I will show the results of his work after many years of recovering from the accident.
In the photo below. It took many years for Mitchell and his team to perfect it to their satisfaction.

And since I am a man. I take the vitamins and minerals that they have researched and produced for men.
They have a product specifically for women as well. I have used this product for many years.
I will tell you for me. It is a good product. I like natural products. I don't want to have to take
drugs of any kind. For any reason. And so far. I don't have too.

In addition to the two above. I also take this extract on a daily basis.
Does it help me.? I think so. It did at first I know.
I don't think it will hurt me. So I will continue taking it.
All natural. All organic. I like that.

That sums it up for the natural vitamins and plant supplements that I take.
Now of course we have to eat.
So we went to the "Outback Steakhouse" for lunch/dinner.
Did I eat a big juicy steak? No I didn't.
Pat likes steak. I like onion soup and salad.
And they have good bread too.

That is it. I am not going to show you my ice cream and pound cake.
I am trying to cut way back on my consumption of that too.
I feel fine. I could be around for many more years of active life.

I do have one problem though. I have an aching heart.
Maybe that is common in the human family.
It seems so as I have learned over the years.

There is one more item of supplement intake that I use everyday now. I am not ready to divulge that just yet.
No, it isn't that it is illegal. It isn't. I just don't want to be listed as one that sells "snake oil." Ha

If you are health conscience. You can find many products listed on the market for purchase.
Many people have their favorite and would not change at all. That is OK.
I just thought since that is what I do. I would show it to you.

Yes, my uncle is older than you and healthier than me and I ask him..."What has been your secret to staying youthful?" His exact words were..."Just keep moving!" That was it, he has always been on the go and has lived a very full life and still lives probably more than I do and he's in his 80's. You would get along with him, he's a retired airline pilot that has a passion for trading stocks.

I was never a camera bug. Only because of Steemit did I even take some photos.

It is difficult to stay in top shape Francis. But I take vitamins and minerals too. Try to eat right and get a little exercise, Sleep enough and not stress out too much. I plan to live as long as the good Lord lets me. That is all any of us can do. Live everyday like it is your last and enjoy it to the fullest.

Such a good post. Frances, You touched on an important topic. Everything here is true - a healthy lifestyle, right mindset, and of course Faith, Hope, Love. What is man without faith? Such a person is not viable. Faith is the driving fundamental force. What is hope? This is the horizon. We are trying to reach the horizon, to our desire. Our desire as if throws us into the future. Well, as without love? Love is life. So it turns out that the best things in life are given to us for free. Because it has no price. True devotion and love, loyalty to friends, sincere and reverent feelings and emotions, sincere joy in the eyes.... the list can be very long. All of this can't buy for money. Thank You, Francis .
