##### Saludos para todos mis queridos Hivers 💞

Esta es mi segunda catarsis y es para contarles porque ya no publico tan seguido como antes? creanme que tengo miles de ideas en la cabeza deseo publicar y agregar a mi blog contenido diferente, sin embargo estoy centrada en mi salud física. Hace casi 4 años comencé a experimentar uno de los dolores mas desagradables para el ser humano y es un cólico biliar este me daba esporádicamente y con un analgésico se me pasaba pero este año en febrero me dio tan fuerte que casi me desmayo ante tanto dolor.

En esa oportunidad me indicaron hacerme un eco abdominal y me detectaron barro biliar y múltiples cálculos me sugirieron ir a un gastroenterólogo ya que con "Dieta" podría no padecer mas de esto, al sentirme bien y priorizando otras actividades no fui al gastroenterólogo y me comencé a sentir bien, yo identificaba los alimentos que me caían mal sobre todo aquellos que me produzcan gases, grasas y frituras así fui dejando de comer frijoles, lácteos y por supuesto toda la comida chatarra que me pasara por el frente. En agosto de este año volvió el tan terrible dolor luego de haber caído en la tentación de comerme una hamburguesa comencé con dolor en horas de la madrugada y no fue si no hasta 2 días después que este dolor cesó.

Me dio nauseas, malestar estomacal y para completar me dio ictericia cuando me ví un poco amarilla en el área de los ojos me asusté tanto que salimos corriendo al médico en ese momento la doctora me mandó a realizar de emergencia exámenes de sangre, ecografía abdominal y recetó varios medicamentos incluyendo antibióticos. Al entregarle todo esto a la doctora me refirió inmediatamente a cirugía ya que luego que terminara el tratamiento tendrían que hacerme una colecistectomía es decir me tienen que extraer la vesícula.

Acá en Venezuela enfermarnos es sumamente costos así que una intervención quirúrgica nos puso a pensar en como haríamos ya que es algo de emergencias, En hospitales públicos podemos gestionar esto sin embargo retrasan y devuelven a los pacientes por detalles mínimos y así se pasan los meses esperando ser intervenidos, no fui la excepción desde agosto he estado en constantes citas en el hospital, exámenes, bajo tratamiento médico para mi intervención quirúrgica, días agotadores donde salgo muy temprano y llego al final de la tarde a casa, comiendo lo mas saludable posible pero aún así el dolor volvió y esta vez fue tan fuerte que ni siquiera el tratamiento endovenoso pudo calmarlo sinceramente me sentí muy muy mal por lo que este lunes 17 de octubre es mi intervención quirurgica.

##### ¿ Cómo me siento?

Nerviosa, la verdad el tema de la anestesia y que me duerman completa me pone ansiosa y nerviosa, tanto así que llevó dos días soñando con ese momento pero a su vez acepto que es necesario hacerlo en este momento no existe nada mas importante que mi salud. Quiero estar bien para mi familia, mi hija sobre todo que tanto necesita de mí y necesito estar al 100% para ella. Esta semana ha sido llena de consultas y exámenes que gracias a Dios todo esta en completo orden y estoy en las mejores condiciones para ser intervenida, eso me calma y me da seguridad saber que mi cuerpo va a responder bien a esta operación, por otra parte la cirujano que me hará la colecistectomía es experta en esa área y solo trabaja de la mano con su anestesiólogo de confianza también esto baja mi ansiedad y temor. La hospitalización es de 24 horas pero la recuperación es progresiva debo guardar un reposo estricto por un par de semanas hasta ir incorporándome poco a poco en las actividades regulares.

También me encuentro muy agradecida porque Dios ha colocado muchas personas que han estado pendiente de mi salud y me han ayudado en los tramites para que la operación sea lo mas pronto posible, también quiero resaltar que Hive ha sido de gran ayuda ya que por medio de Hive hemos podido cubrir consultas que incluso pagamos en HBD, exámenes de sangre y ecografías, Gracias Hive 💞

Desde esta experiencia que estoy viviendo cuídense mucho no dejen la salud para el final a veces experimentamos situaciones de salud que requieren un seguimiento pero al sentirnos bien lo dejamos y es cuando se puede convertir en una emergencia, nuestra salud es primordial ante cualquier situación y es lo mas anhelado por el ser humano así que prestemos atención a nuestro cuerpo y acudamos siempre a un especialista.

Estaré por unos días en recuperación así que a medida de como me vaya sintiendo iré creando y subiendo como siempre contenido para Hive, por ahora deséenme lo mejor y anótenme en sus oraciones para que todo marche de la mejor manera y pronto pueda volver a estar aquí en esta hermosa colmena.

Las pocas fotos que logré capturar me traen nostalgia ya que fueron tomadas en los momentos donde presentaba dolor, gracias por leer esta catarsis y ser parte de este proceso que estoy viviendo, espero su energía bonita y sus oraciones,✨

##### Greetings to all my dear Hivers 💞

This is my second catharsis and it is to tell you why I don't post as often as I used to? believe me I have thousands of ideas in my head I want to post and add different content to my blog, however I am focused on my physical health. Almost 4 years ago I began to experience one of the most unpleasant pains for the human being and it is a biliary colic, this gave me sporadically and with a painkiller it passed but this year in February it gave me so strong that I almost fainted because of so much pain.

In that opportunity they indicated me to make me an abdominal echo and they detected me biliary mud and multiple calculations they suggested me to go to a gastroenterologist since with "Diet" I could not suffer but of this, when feeling well and prioritizing other activities I did not go to the gastroenterologist and I began to feel well, I identified the foods that fell to me badly especially those that produce gases, fats and fried foods thus I was leaving of eating beans, milky and of course all the junk food that happened to me for the front. In August of this year the terrible pain returned after I gave in to the temptation of eating a hamburger I started with pain in the early hours of the morning and it wasn't until 2 days later that the pain stopped.

I became nauseous, sick to my stomach and to top it all off I became jaundiced when I saw a bit of yellow in my eye area. I was so scared that we rushed to the doctor and the doctor sent me for emergency blood tests, abdominal ultrasound and prescribed several medications including antibiotics. When I gave all this to the doctor she referred me immediately to surgery because after I finished the treatment they would have to do a cholecystectomy, that is to say, they had to remove my gall bladder.

Here in Venezuela getting sick is extremely expensive so a surgical intervention made us think about how we would do as it is something of emergencies, In public hospitals we can manage this however they delay and return patients for minimal details and so the months pass waiting to be intervened, I was no exception since August I have been in constant appointments at the hospital, exams, under medical treatment for my surgery, exhausting days where I leave very early and arrive home at the end of the afternoon, eating as healthy as possible but still the pain came back and this time it was so strong that not even the intravenous treatment could calm it down, sincerely I felt very very bad so this Monday October 17th is my surgery.

##### How do I feel?

Nervous, the truth is that the subject of the anaesthesia and being put to sleep makes me anxious and nervous, so much so that I have been dreaming about this moment for two days, but at the same time I accept that it is necessary to do it at this moment, there is nothing more important than my health. I want to be well for my family, especially my daughter who needs me so much and I need to be 100% for her. This week has been full of consultations and examinations that thank God everything is in complete order and I am in the best conditions to be operated, that calms me and gives me security knowing that my body will respond well to this operation, on the other hand the surgeon who will do the cholecystectomy is an expert in this area and only works hand in hand with her trusted anaesthesiologist also this lowers my anxiety and fear. The hospital stay is 24 hours but the recovery is progressive and I have to keep a strict rest for a couple of weeks until I can gradually return to my regular activities.

I am also very grateful because God has placed many people who have been looking after my health and have helped me in the procedures for the operation to be as soon as possible, I also want to emphasize that Hive has been a great help because through Hive we have been able to cover consultations that we even pay in HBD, blood tests and ultrasound scans, Thanks Hive 💞

From this experience that I am living take care of yourselves a lot do not leave health for the end sometimes we experience health situations that require monitoring but when we feel good we leave it and that is when it can become an emergency, our health is paramount to any situation and is the most desired by the human being so let's pay attention to our body and always go to a specialist.
