<center> ### Versión en Español ✨ </center> <div class="text-justify"> <center> ##### Hola comunidad linda de Hive <div class="text-justify"> El día de ayer tuve un momento feliz, siempre los tengo junto a mis amores, familia y amigos pero existe un momento feliz único e importante en la vida de una mujer sobre todo cuando es mamá y su tiempo está bastante limitado. Mi momento feliz fue ir a dedicarme una mañana a mí. Sin hija, sin esposo sin compañía solo esa manicurista también es tu amiga, psicólogo y coach de vida jajaja.  La verdad es que es increíble como un gesto tan pequeño como simplemente tener la manicure hecha puede cambiarnos de actitud y aunque no es algo fundamental es importante a la hora de sentirnos bien con nosotras mismas, desde que soy mamá mi hija es primera opción en todo, al momento de comprar algo, al momento de comer, al momento de salir a pasear ella siempre está de primer lugar para su bienestar y comodidad y aunque yo nunca me he dejado descuidar siempre estoy pensando en ella así que este momento yo le llamo un momento feliz en ese momento donde no hay hijos que interrumpan, ni esposo que pregunte donde esa todo. En especial porque no hay señal así que desde que mi esposo me deja no hay quien me interrumpa hasta la hora de buscarme que son aproximadamente unas tres o cuatro horas mas tarde jajaja.  Hace pocos días escuchaba el Space de a @elizabeths14 14 donde hablaba de amor propio y cómo nos demostramos amor a nosotros mismos, pues esta es una manera de demostrarme amor y mas que el cuidado personal que es súper importante para mí, es el tiempo que me estoy regalando es sentirme tranquila en paz y tener un momento de chicas junto a mi amiga manicurista, aunque la mayor parte del tiempo hablamos de nuestros hijos jajaja también es una forma de desahogarnos y drenar un poco lo que sentimos como mamá.  Me hice una manicura en mis tonos favoritos fucsia, los pies un poco mas claros con una francesa de color fucsia el mismo tono de las manos, también hice mis cejas porque siempre soy yo la que me las cuido y arreglo pero en esta oportunidad quise depilarlas para que el tiempo sea más prolongado y me duren mucho más tiempo arreglado.  Dedicarnos tiempo a nosotros mismos nos puede reiniciar la vida de mujer que muchas veces queda atrás por compromisos laborales familiares o maternales nosotras también somos importantes y primero debemos sentirnos bien nosotras para poder transmitir eso a los demás sobre todo a nuestros hijos porque muchas veces ellos son los que terminan sintiendo todas esas cargas que tiene una mamá.  Este espacio trató de hacerlo mensual dedicármelo a mí unas tres cuatro horas para reiniciarme y sí bien debemos todos los días demostrarnos amor pero muchas cosas dependen de nosotras mismas por ejemplo arreglarnos el cabello nosotros mismos maquillarnos nosotras mismas sacarnos las cejas nosotras mismas pero también es divino que te atienda y hagan todo por ti así que por eso es súper importante para mí este lugar. Así que me gustaría dejar esta pregunta abierta para aquellas chicas que como yo planifican su tiempo especial y sobre todo saber... ##### ¿ Como te demuestras amor? My happy moment was to go and dedicate a morning to myself. No daughter, no husband, no company, just that manicurist is also your friend, psychologist and life coach hahaha.  The truth is that it is incredible how such a small gesture as simply having a manicure done can change our attitude and although it is not something fundamental is important when it comes to feel good about ourselves, since I am a mum my daughter is first choice in everything, when buying something, when eating, At the moment of going out for a walk she is always in first place for her wellbeing and comfort and although I have never let myself be neglected I am always thinking about her so I call this moment a happy moment in that moment where there are no children to interrupt, no husband to ask where everything is. Especially because there is no signal so since my husband leaves me there is no one to interrupt me until it is time to pick me up which is about three or four hours later hahaha.  A few days ago I was listening to @elizabeths14 14 Space where she talked about self-love and how we show love to ourselves, well this is a way to show love and more than self-care which is super important to me, is the time I'm giving myself is to feel calm in peace and have a moment of girls with my manicurist friend, although most of the time we talk about our children hahaha is also a way to vent and drain a little what we feel as a mum.  I did a manicure in my favourite fuchsia tones, my feet a bit lighter with a fuchsia french, the same tone as my hands, I also did my eyebrows because I'm always the one who takes care of them but this time I wanted to pluck them so that the time is more prolonged and they last me much longer arranged.  To dedicate us time to ourselves can restart us the life of woman that many times remains behind by familiar or maternal labor commitments we also are important and first we must feel well us to be able to transmit that to the others especially to our children because many times they are the ones that end up feeling all those loads that has a mum.  This space tried to make it monthly to dedicate it to me about three four hours to reboot me and yes well we must every day show love but many things depend on ourselves for example to fix our hair ourselves make up ourselves make up ourselves pluck our eyebrows ourselves but it is also divine that you take care of you and do everything for you so that's why it is super important for me this place. So I would like to leave this question open for those girls like me who are planning their special time and above all to know.... ##### How do you show love to yourself?
