Hello dear friends, happy start of the week, I hope you have a very productive week full of great goals. Today I want to talk to you about some obstacles that can make us waste our time and take away our energy or take us off the road to our goals.

First of all, NOT HAVING A PLANNING, this is crucial, to be able to focus on what we really want and what is important to us we should have a planner, daily, weekly and monthly. This way we will have clear our daily tasks in order to achieve our goals and objectives. Personally, I have an agenda and a daily planner, that helps me to stay focused. They are tools that help us to have a better productivity.

The LACK OF ORGANIZATION, is closely linked to the first point, we must be organized people so that we do not miss anything in the course of the day and we can take advantage of our hours as best as possible. ORGANIZING AND PLANNING go hand in hand to make each day the best day.

NOT HAVING CLEAR OBJECTIVES AND GOALS, if we do not know where we are going we will always be wrong, we will never see the fruits of nothing because we do not know what we want in life, first sit down and look for what you want so much and what you are passionate about. When you know it you can write it down and focus on planning tasks to reach the goal.

PROCRASTINATE, it is something very common in people, always wanting to leave things for later, that does not help us at all, I know from my own experience, we must activate ourselves and not leave for tomorrow what we can do today. WE DO NOT KNOW IF THERE WILL BE A TOMORROW IN OUR LIFE, EVERYTHING IS UNCERTAIN.

DO NOT HAVE A GOOD MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL NETWORKS, I recommend you always have a schedule so that it does not get in the way of your daily tasks and does not consume your life, you also avoid affecting your psychology with all that garbage we see on the internet.
