Ya vamos en el quinto mes del año y aunque aun parece lejano que se llegue a las puertas de diciembre, yo ya voy pensando en ello, mas de lo que se imaginan Jajaja, pero bueno, el tema de hoy sera mas ubicado en el presente y en la higiene que he estado siguiendo con estas intimidante aguja, que lejos de lo que se puede pensar, me ha servido mucho para mantener una limpieza adecuada post extracciones, y si, aún me tengo que ocupar de ese asunto, pero con menor preocupación pues todo el asunto delicado ya paso, no queriendo decir que podría descuidarme sin tanto problema, claro que no, hoy conocerán una buena técnica para limpiarse ese espacio que nos queda después de las extracciones, y y la importancia de cumplir con esta regla al pie de la letra, ¿te interesa? A pesar de que esto parezca iniciativa mía mas que recomendación de la doctora que me hizo las extracciones, la verdad fue ella fue la primera en sugerirle, mas que nada porque así podría perfeccionar mi cicatrización, yo ya sabia de esta técnica debido a toda la información que consumí en los días posteriores, están muy interesando en como cuidarme y como mantener bien mi boca sin potenciales peligros al tragar e ingerir alimentos, entre ellos uno recurría a la técnica de rellenar la aguja de 20cc con una solución desinfectante que levantara los pedazos de comida que podrían caer allí, sin embargo, mi doctora me indico que con solo agua estaría perfecto, pero que fuera bastante consecuente pues hasta ahora todo estaba bien, pero un residuo de comida que se alojara allí podría desembocar en una infección que daría pie a otra cirugía más, potencialmente mas dolores, no hizo falta decir mas para ir a comprar la inyectadora.

Por eso es necesario ser muy cuidadosos y dedicados con nosotros mismos, se dice muy fácil, pero aplica y se vuelve tedioso y repetitivo, pero es lo que se tiene que hacer para estar sano querido lector.
