Investing had become a norm for the ultra-wealthy and rich, bringing them revenues and increasing their rich status. Investments varies from stocks, bonds, (business creation, growing and in some cases selling), real estate, commodities, and cryptocurrency (cryptocurrency has become a very good investment recently with a lot of government regulations around it). Land has been one of the world’s earliest form of investment from the beginning of investing. Land is believed to be a property that often increases in value. It is believed that people cannot do without land which is true for as long as we are still in dare need of it. Land has become something that a lot of people need as the number of people who need land are on the rise.

Just like owning real estate properties and buildings, land is one asset that its price can be predicted easily. It is true that there is limited supply while the demand is on the rise and this means that the price will surely be on the rise which is often consistent.

The impressive thing about land is that it is not like buildings that requires repair and maintenance, it does not require consistent repair and maintenance. It just requires leaving the land for a while and selling at a higher price to a person who would develop it or would resell.

Land when left to appreciate could be used to farm or leased out to someone for agricultural purposes which is a very good form of investment. This means double return on investment from agriculture and then when selling the land.
