Everyone has a different reaction when facing a problem, both personal and work problems. Everyone can give thousands of different responses when faced with the tests of life and can even take one attitude without thinking.

Responding to life's problems is not as easy as imagined and or not like eating cendol ice. However, to improve life's problem situations, we are faced with the ability to choose which response we will give to get the results of a better life situation in the future.

Especially when there is a pandemic like now, which was previously in the comfort zone, because the company went bankrupt, ended up being laid off or just staying at home for a long time.

From the problems that befall us, we are required to be able to face and solve these problems properly and wisely.

- FLIGHT

When faced with problems, some turn to FLIGHT. In a sense, this type of person has a tendency to run away from problems.

This type of person will continue to avoid problems, so that at every step of his life he will always encounter problems and almost all problems he can never solve.

- FIGHT

Unlike the FLIGHT type. The FIGHT type is the type of tough person who dares to take risks. This type of FIGHT will try to fight or solve the conflict problems they face.

- FREEZING

This type is also different. As you probably know, some people tend to stay like a statue when they face problems. You can only ponder why this problem occurs, even though your heart is burning to the point of screaming.

Life is not beautiful without problems and without problems our minds will never mature. Because in essence the problem allows the growth of various advances in oneself, such as being challenged and trained to think creatively, which then adds to life experiences, so it is not reactive, emotional and allows the growth of positive characters in oneself.
