What a beautiful time to be barefoot in the woods! As I ground myself I can't help but think how it might impact my reality.

Is it possible that I am giving my energy to a negatively charged planet and making my health better.

If I am discharged, can I take a charge from others? In turn, would this make them feel better?

As soon as my feet hit that cool wet ground, I felt great. I encourage you to be bold and barefoot! Be well! 🙃

The times I go barefoot are usually during vacations or weekend outings which are inherently therapeutic by themselves.  Getting away from stress is good for us.  It’s hard to say if going barefoot had anything to do with it or not.  

It doesn’t hurt anything to do it though, so why not?  Personally I think there could be something to it.  I don’t think we as a human race understand electricity and magnetism as well as we think we do.  If we did we’d have a unified theory and we’d be able to describe the physical composition of magnetic and electric fields.  We don’t and we can’t.

Yeah! It is amazing. It does so much for our bodies that we don't even acknowledge. Not only does it help with electricity, but it helps with the uptake of beneficial bacteria on yje ground.
