One Yeti's Perspective #266: Vegan In A Can

The road has led us to Tahoe, California! We are currently at the home of @scottshots and his amazing wife. Lastnight was filled with alot of getting to know each other, and good food.

Speaking of food....let me tell you about vegan in a can. While being a vegan, and being on the road, it is hard to stay filled up with raw whole foods. In our trailer (the wO/Ander rig) we have a full pantry. It is balanced between fruits and veg, and jars and cans.

The problem is that all of the fresh food is typically gone before the cans. So there is a period of time that I have to eat out of a can, maybe even for days. It messes with my system and almost feels like not being in sunshine for a long time. 

I know that the day will come, and I will have green houses over flowing with fruit and veg. Until then, I will enjoy this phase of my life!
