_Antes de abordar este tema quisiera dejar claro la gran connotación que ha tenido dicha enfermedad en todas y cada unas de las diferentes familias, no solo en mi país "VENEZUELA" sino también a nivel mundial; ya que esta ha causado la pérdida de un gran número de personas especiales en nuestras vidas. Mis más sinceras palabras de condolencias a todos y cada uno de los que hemos podido perder un ser especial a causa de esta fatal enfermedad._

_Empiezo mi rutina levantando e a las 5 am. Donde empiezo a preparar la comida de todo el día para mi familia, luego de eso me te meto a darme un baño como a las 6 am. Paso a bañarme procedo, a empezar a tomar todas las medidas de Bioseguridad posibles que pueda tener para así protegerme tanto a mi como a mi núcleo familiar de tan letal virus._

_Before addressing this topic, I would like to make clear the great connotation that this disease has had in each and every one of the different families, not only in my country "VENEZUELA" but also worldwide, since it has caused the loss of a large number of special people in our lives. ##### _THOSE WHO DIE FOR LIFE CANNOT BE CALLED DEAD_

_Empiezo colocándome mi kimono de medico para luego colocarme zapatos cerrados, guantes, tapabocas, traje protector y mascarilla facial protectora; procedo a que mi esposo me traslade a mi sitio de trabajo "CDI PEÑÓN" en mi Cumaná estado Sucre. Entro exactamente a las 7 am. Con la atención de pacientes a los que en la mayoría de los casos refieren sintomatología respiratoria por afección de covid-19._

#### _Síntomas Covid-19_
<br>
_Para la valoración médica del paciente es necesario que el paciente presente alguno de los siguientes síntomas: dificultad para respirar (disnea), fiebre persistente mayor de 39°C.(por + de 4 días), dolores articulares, (poliartralgia), ardor en los ojos (o conjuntivitis), tos seca, diarrea persistente, fatiga, cefálea, pérdida de olfato (anosmia), pérdida de gusto (ageusia) entre otros._

#### _Covid-19 Symptoms_
<br>
_For the medical evaluation of the patient it is necessary that the patient presents any of the following symptoms: difficulty breathing (dyspnea), persistent fever higher than 39°C (for more than 4 days), joint pain (polyarthralgia), burning eyes (or conjunctivitis), dry cough, persistent diarrhea, fatigue, cephalea, loss of smell (anosmia), loss of taste (ageusia) among others._</div>

# _Tipos de pruebas // TEST TYPES_

#### _Pruebas diagnóstico rápido._
> _**¿Cuáles realizó?**._

_Con el paciente ya dentro de la consulta empezamos con la valoración del mismo; en donde se le hace un examen físico completo, se le realiza un Test rápido (prueba rápida) la cual se utiliza para detectar partículas estructurales del virus que se hacen presentes en la toma de la muestra de sangre la cual reacciona al colocarle el reactivo. Sus resultados se determinan luego de un tiempo de espera de 10 a 15 minutos (1 raya resulta negativo, 2 rayas positivo y 3 también es positivo)._
_Mientras que la PCR se toma la muestra por medio de un hisopo introducido a través de la nariz, muestra se obtiene de la nasofaringe; donde luego es colocado el hisopo en un líquido virológico en donde son liberados las muestras ara su posterior estudio en un laboratorio y los resultados son dados en 24 h._
_Otro de los análisis que también indicamos un Rx de tórax, para observa en que estado se encuentran ambos pulmones._</div>

### _¿Que pasa con la toma de muestras?_

_Luego que cumplo con todo el protocolo medico asistencial indicado todas las muestras proceden a ser enviadas para su análisis en un laboratorio. De ser positivo algunos de estos pacientes se les llama vía telefónica por algún número registrado en la consulta medica._
_Esta ha sido una experiencia laboral dura, en donde no solo hemos dado una batalla dura contra el Covid-19. sino que también hemos perdido a mucho de nuestros seres queridos y es una de las grandes razones por la que cada día me levanto para dar lo mejor de mi, como medico de familia y brindar la mejor atención , por que no sean de mi propia familia todo ser humano tiene derecho a la vida. y de allí parte mi pasión por la medicina y las ganas de brindar mi mejor sonrisa, el mejor trato y la mejor atención para hacer de esta pandemia algo mas llevadero._ </div>
