It might be worth $1 million eventually, but year 2020 is wildly soon. We'll see how he squares the circle.

It's a super problematic statement.

People who support BTC don't particularly "give a shit" which one we use either, to whatever extent they're a different version of the same thing. We just know which one came first and what you can reasonably expect to happen and don't wish to confuse people with hype dreams.

And if there's a meaningful difference between the two, then it seems like you damn well should care. If BCH is saying there's a problem with BTC and that they have a meaningful improvement, then you care whether or not they're right.

Bitcoin Cash was like literally born out of an argument against Bitcoin. So if you want no arguing about what's better, then there isn't BCH.

BTC is the side that's wayyyy more typically talking about "how the blockchain is going to change our lives" and all those things and not thinking anything of BCH.

BCH basically revolves around arguing against BTC. Arguing that it's "the real Bitcoin" and "more useful as currency than BTC". Which is fine. But if there needs to be a *"settle down, don't fight boys"* it seems silly to try to paint Ver and BCH as being on the victim/receiving end of it. McAfee is doing the weird projection fliparoo thing. Ver and BCH are the arguers. 

And besides, why even worry about people arguing? Arguing is how you figure out what's right and what's the best way to proceed.

(There are ways to argue that aren't constructive or polite. But again, that criticism would go to Ver before anyone else.)

That's McAfee's response to conflict, I guess. But the actually reasonable thing here is recognizing that people can say what they want and, if you feel so inspired, go ahead and make some winning arguments why Bitcoin Cash does not make sense and why it's better to build on BTC.
