## == > *Para la implementación describiremos una serie de pasos concretos.* <==

#### ==> *Debemos identificar los procesos actuales:* Cada organización tiene su funcionamiento particular, por esta razón antes de aplicar algún cambio, es necesario u obligatorio documentar los procesos actuales.

#### ==> *Se debe realizar un análisis de brecha:* Observemos la brecha de la situación actual de la organización y lo que es necesario para cumplir los estándares ITIL.
Existe una herramienta de análisis de brecha llamado 20000Academy de esta manera se puede determinar con que presición es necesario hacer.

#### ==> *Es necesario realizar un mapa de ruta:* Es necesaria una planificación para saber lo que es necesario hacer y cuando hacerlo. Luego del análisis de brecha usted sabrá los cambios que requieran mayor prioridad. De esta manera se debe fijar este objetivo durante los primeros 6 meses. No olvidemos realizar una medición cuantitativa del progreso para poder demostrar el valor del proyecto.4

No se debe descuidar la comunicación, se debe compartir el progreso durante toda la implementación, y a cada paso su progreso. De esta manera toda la organización se verá involucrada.


#### ==> *Se debe revisar a implementación:* ¿Se lograron los objetivos fijados en la planificación?. Si la respuesta es No, la siguiente pregunta sería ¿Por que?.

#### Para asegurar el avance y progreso de las medidas es esencial verificar que las medidas correctivas han sido satisfactorias.

Thanks for the post. 

Managing ITIL implementation is very similar to managing any other project. It starts with a well defined scope. 

>There is no rule or norm that says yes or if you must implement the entire ITIL model at once. To obtain results, it is necessary to apply changes in stages.

Again, this needs to be defined within the scope and plan. Organizations approach ITIL with "an all or nothing" mentality. They try to implment all the processes when they are not necessarily needed or manageable. This is especially true for smaller business.
