&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contra todo pronóstico, hoy fueron inauguradas en la ciudad de Tokio, Japón, las XXXII olimpiadas de verano. Uno de los eventos deportivos más grandes del planeta y que hasta todavía bien entrado el mes de julio, se dudaba que pudieran llevarse a cabo. En un contexto dentro del cual, la pandemia mundial del Covid-19 ha puesto a la opinión pública nipona contra la realización de estos, no hubo forma ni manera que el comité realizador tomara una decisión negativa, a pesar de que importantes patrocinadores locales, como Toyota, Nissan, Panasonic, etc. retiraron sus pautas comerciales.

Los peortistas llegan a una ciudad que ya acogió los juegos en 1.964, en un contexto diferente. El orgullo nipón herido por la segunda guerra mundial, mostraba un renacer desde las cenizas, a una economía modernizada por la intervención norteamericana en la recuperación del devastado país. Fue una oportunidad de oro, para colocar la bandera del sol naciente, de nuevo entre el firmamento de las naciones.

En fín, cualquier cantidad de palabras es válida para ensalzar lo acontecido.

Great initiative by team **Full Deportes** on the occasion of Olympic Games in Tokyo.
I am sure, the guys will be coming up with awesome blogs with contents from their memory lane.

As a Sports lover, I felt like writing one about the best memory of Olympics I have.

I just wanted to clarify, is this initiative open for *English only* posts as well or only for contents with Spanish Language as a main one?
