3차 EOS 헌법 개정에 대한 생각 - 왜 우리가 해야 할까?

<p>요즘 EOS 생태계에서는 헌법 개정의 논의가 뜨겁다.<br>
하지만, 과연 누가 이것을 결정하고, 어떤 의견이 결정되는 것일까?</p>
<p><br>
Block One이 헌법을 결정하나? BP 회의가 헌법을 결정하나? 아니면 Dan이?</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>정답은 '아직 아무것도 정해진 것이 없다' 이다.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>지금까지 존재해왔던 Version 1, 2는 '임시적'인 성격이 강하고,&nbsp;</p>
<p>또한 이것은 형식 상의 문장일 뿐이었다.</p>
<p>이제는 실질적인, 실효성을 가지는, 문서화 된, 그런 헌법이 필요한 시기이다.</p>
<p>그리고 그 헌법 개정안의 가장 큰 핵심 이슈는 바로&nbsp;</p>
<p>'WPS(Work Proposal System)' / 'UBI(Universal Basic Income)' / URI(Universal Resource Inheritance)'&nbsp;</p>
<p>라고 할 수 있다.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>저 세가지 전부 공통점이 있다. 그렇다. '제안' 일 뿐이다.&nbsp;</p>
<p>이미 헌법으로 결정되어 버렸거나, 결정 될 사안이 아니라는 것이다.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>우리가 상식선에서 알고 있는 '현실세계에서의 입법 또는 개정 제안'은 <br>
보통 문제가 될 사안을 국회의원이 국회에 제안하고, 국회의 투표에 거쳐 입법 절차를 갖는 것으로 알고 있다.</p>
<p>하지만 EOS 생태계에 국회같은 권력기구가 있을까?&nbsp;</p>
<p>BP? <br>
BP도 생태계의 일원 일 뿐이며, EOS생태계의 중대한 사항에 대해 마음대로는 할 수 없다.</p>
<p>Block One? <br>
그들은 EOS.IO 소프트웨어를 개발하는 회사일 뿐, 권력을 가질 순 없다. (그들이 권력을 갖는다면 중앙화겠지...)</p>
<p>Dan Larimer?<br>
그도 개발자 혹은 홀더의 한 사람일 뿐, 자기 마음대로 EOS생태계를 좌지우지 할 수는 없다. (EOS생태계는 그의 놀이터가 아니다.)</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>그렇다. 결국 이 EOS생태계가 어떻게 돌아가야 할 지 정하는 것은, 커뮤니티가 결정해야 하는 사안이라는 것이다.</p>

<p>그들이 내놓는 제안이 무조건 옳은 것은 될 수 없다.</p>
<p>그들이 내놓는 제안이 무조건 결정된다 고도 할 수 없다.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>단지 우리는 그들의 의견을 참고하고, 지지할만한 의견이면 지지하고,&nbsp;</p>
<p>또 다른 괜찮은 제안이 있다면 제안하면 되는 것이다.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>모든 것은 투표로 결정 될 것이다.</p>
