Bryani rice : qurator competition

## Ingredients :

• 4 tbsp oil - more if you prefer
600g lamb mince
•2 onions
•2-3 cubes ginger 
•6 chopped cloves garlic
•1 tin tomatoes - blended
•5-6 chopped chillies
•Handful coriander
•Handful mint
•Water for boiling rice

## Whole spices:
•5 cloves
•1 inch cinnamon
•4 green cardamom
•1 bay leaf
•1 tsp cumin seeds

## Ground spices:

•2 tsp coriander powder
•1.5 tsp biryani masala
•1.5 tsp cumin
•1.5 tsp paprika
•1/2-1 tsp chilli
•1/2 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp garam masala
•Salt to taste
 

### Preparation:
Rice water till the water much pretty clean -cold water 
Hear oil in the pan and fry the whole spices  for 30 seconds 
Add onion and fry until it golden  it take  20 munite to get golden 
Add garlic 🧄 abd ginger and Chili fry about 1~2 munites 
Add yr lamb and cook with lid on to release water ، stir every so often 
-keep cooking until water have evaporated back up . Don’t forgot to stir so often 
Add tomatoes and spices 

Cook 20 munites on medium low 
-after 15 -20 munites in separate pot boil some water just the length  to cover rice then add rice  if u like yo add some spice to the water .
Boil it about 6 munite than drain the water 
In a big pot add   Some lamp mixture  then layer with rice , sprinkle  with mind and coriander , repeat until it finish 
Cover with foil and lid and cook it about 25 munites  but for me  I always like to cook my food for more munites. 🍛🍛🍛🍛
