Discrepancies In Our Diets
In this new era where everyone is in rush to earn more and more and forget about their health. Tt is estimated that there were 11 million death around the globe which were related to poor diet it is much more than the death due to tobacco consumption. It has been found many people now eat diet which is high in salt but low in fibres ,good fats and protein. Their lifestyle also include consumption of alcohol above limit and smoking  which only make it worse.

## Dietary Advice
People due to their hectic routine do not have proper knowledge about what they should eat and what not. According to FDA the recommended intake for an adult is 50 grams of protein a day for women whereas 56 gram of protein a day for men. It is being recommended that 2.2g/kg /day Of food is required For living a healthy lifestyle.

Talking about bodybuilders they eat a lot more then what they need in order for there body to grow faster in addition to this they take sports enhancing drugs which are not safe and can cause a great damage to liver and kidneys. Bodybuilders have big muscles so the amount of their protein consumption is high as compared to a normal people.

Everyone has different body type so how does one find the correct dietary requirement for himself . we will talk about this in our next paragraph.

There used to be one time when our ancient ancestors ate not for taste but they eat food as a fuel that is why they used to live for 100 of years. Both variety and quantity play a crucial role we do not need to eat for survival now we can pick our our food by ourselves according to our goals

The food and quantity you eat best determines your goal. If a person want to build muscles and your starting point is that you are underweight you may consider eating something which have high  calories Example a plate of butter chicken which will provide you with protein and calories which will meet your goals.

If the goals are to lose weight butter chicken will totally be a bad option you have to replace it with much lesser calorie food example boiled potato and boiled veggies which will provide  you with proper Fibres and help you to cut down your fat .

If your goal is to live a longer life red meat and proper amount of veggies will be a perfect option.

Different type of diet example low carb diet, keto diet, vegan diet and many more which help to reduce wait also bring some bad health problem with them for example in keto diet you have to replace your carbohydrates with good fats so body could produce energy by fats which can also be deadly many deaths have been reported by using keto diet. If you eat a lot of carbohydrates and then suddenly cut all carbohydrates intake from your diet Thus, they end up indirectly consuming less food. That is a very  simple mechanism that requires no marketing and no rules.

Ever since the lockdown has ended. The only goal that I had is to lose weight. But I think cutting the intake in half is having adverse effects on my body. this is easily the worst health decision ever taken by me.
I am regaining my health slowly and reading a lot of health-related articles.
And to be honest I almost skipped over but the image caught my attention. :-)
