I reinstalled my Actifit app today. I forgot to install it when I got my new phone. It's been a long time since I track my activities and I want to make an improvement to my physical health starting this month. Things are changing and so should I.

In the past years, I was living a sedentary lifestyle and it's starting to feel like I easily get tired. The lack of physical activities or exercise is probably the one that's causing it. I'll be starting to track my activity counts and see if I'm able to accumulate about 10,000 steps or activity counts using the Actifit app. I don't have a specific plan on how to achieve my desired activity counts but I feel that walking will be a good start for me. It will definitely improve my stamina if I can do it regularly.

We are entering the rainy season which could be a hurdle for me but I could simply walk around the house and go up and down the stairs if that's all I can do to achieve the counts I needed.

It could be a challenge for me since I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. Let's see if installing Actifit would motivate me enough to get up on my feet and do something good for my physical health!

By the way, Actifit will enter the Defi scene soon! This could be a good way for me to earn some AFIT tokens which could be one of the tokens that could be used for farming!
