If you are a type of person that prefer a graphical presentation for your daily, weekly, or even annual plans for your work and personal life then you should have a look into this web-based app - <strong>Trello</strong>.

I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm already liking how it works. The interface is simple and can be easily understood by anyone. Just imagine having a digital board where you can place your cards on it. In those cards are tasks, due date, &amp; person in-charge.

It also allow collaboration among users, in which a user can comment, attach documents &amp; photos, or simply add a Google drive link of the documents.

Whenever you add a board or a card and include the members, Trello will automatically notify the members through their email and it will also appear to their Trello accounts as well. The cards can also have their own color code which is helpful to quickly differentiate each card by its due date or depending on your preference.
