It has been a long break for me and I am coming back with this helpful and very informative write-up about how powerful and helpful our brain can be, but basically sharing very informative facts about the use of the brain.

There is often a lot of arguments about the male and female gender, the brain of a male from research actually shows to be larger than the brain of a female and research proved further that while women are often better with writing and verbal activities, men usually are the best when it comes to handling and solving of problems.

The level of understanding things has very less to do with the capacity of the brain instead it has to do with how well we are able to develop the brain as humans, the process of brain development is a personal task and not something that nature will do for us and of course we know that the brain can be developed by feeding it with positive contents, reading of books, watching of educating videos and the likes of them.

There are brain cells that help us keep memories, people who utilize their brain properly do not often ask others for direction all the time, instead the cells attached to the brain leads them to a better and safe path. There is a fluid in the brain that washes away toxicity and keeps the brain clean.

The brain actually completely forms when we are around the age 25 but every other process of added knowledge can still be done from that point, we begin to shape the brain into what we want for our lives, correcting previous mistakes and developing our minds to perform even more better.  

The fact that the brain has a growth extent does not mean that it does not need development but unfortunately, we are very quick to train certain parts of our bodies and we completely exclude the brain from getting trained, just like we work out to build a good body shape, we also need to train the brain to work through that part as well and we should do that by paying great attention to the mind.

Playing games actually helps the brain to get smarter, some good video games demands a high level of problem solving skill and the more we are able to play such games the more we will be able to develop our minds to achieve better results.
