Reflections have always fascinated me. I find the symmetry leads my focus to find a familiar detail as a reference point,
causing me to adjust my perspective. 

I captured this December of 2019 while traveling through the Pheonix Park in Dublin. There had been heavy rain in the weeks previous, which had waterlogged the ground, leaving amazing pools of mirror-like rainwater dotted along a section of Upper Glen Road.

Luckily I had my camera with me, though not the right shoes. My feet got soaked getting a decent composition and only loaded with a 50mm lens, it took some adjusting to get low and close enough to get the whole tree as symmetrical as possible.
