Today I'm here to share a little bit of my activity. </div> --- <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Este fue un entrenamiento enfocado en el trabajo de press, negativa y aguantes en la progresión de tuck advanced. Entrené con mis compañeros en un gym/box cerca de mi casa, hicimos un poco de freestyle y de balance antes de comenzar con la rutina, también charlamos mucho sobre lo que cada uno iba a hacer ese día y nos pusimos manos a la obra. # El día de ayer realicé el entrenamiento de la siguiente manera: empecé como 3 series de 1 press más 3 segundos de aguantes en la progresión de tuck advanced intentando llevarlo a súper tuck advance en el press y en el hold, luego hice 3 series de negativas de front lever full con liga roja, bajando la negativa más un aguante de 3-4 segundos. Y por últimos dos ejercicios: holds de tuck advanced de 8-10 segundos con la mejor técnica y 2 series de raises de tuck advanced. Para finalizar, realicé básicos lastrados, saqué mi 1 RM de muscle up con 10kg y estoy muy contento con eso, ya que anteriormente mi RM eran 8 kg. Realicé dominadas sin lastre, llegando a 12 reps, muy satisfecho con el entrenamiento de ayer. ¡Muchas gracias por leer! </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> This was a workout focused on press work, negatives, and holds in the advanced tuck progression. I trained with my teammates at a gym/box near my house. We did some freestyle and balance before starting the routine. We also talked a lot about what each of us was going to do that day, and then we got down to business. # Yesterday, I did the following workout: I started with 3 sets of 1 press plus 3 seconds of holds in the advanced tuck progression, trying to take it to super tuck advance in the press and hold. Then I did 3 sets of full front lever negatives with a red band, lowering the negatives plus a 3-4 second hold. And for the final two exercises: 8-10 second advanced tuck holds with the best technique and 2 sets of advanced tuck raises. To finish, I did weighted basics and reached my 1RM muscle-up with 10 kg, and I'm very happy with that, since my previous 1RM was 8 kg. I did unweighted pull-ups, achieving 12 reps. I'm very satisfied with yesterday's workout.
