Today I'm here to share a little bit of my activity. </div> --- <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Bueno, el día de hoy vi bastantes mejoras en el front lever, ya que por fin logré hacer un súper tuck advanced y lo pude meter en la rutina en los aguantes y eso me motivó bastante el día de ayer que hice mi entrenamiento de front lever. Realicé el entrenamiento en mi casa, ya que no han pasado las lluvias en la zona donde vivo. De hecho, el clima está muy variado en cuestión de minutos, es decir: llueve y hace sol cada 10-15 minutos; entonces mi plan era entrenar en un parque, pero con el clima así, me fue imposible, pero bueno. A continuación explicaré qué hice en la rutina. # Empecé calentando muy bien los hombros, los dorsales y los antebrazos, con la liga y con la barra, haciendo retracciones escapulares, dominadas australianas, y series de aproximación. También calenté la cadera para que no me diera ninguna molestia en medio de la rutina. Comencé con 3 series de aguantes de súper advanced y luego recogiendo las piernas a tuck advanced, aguantando 4 segundos en la progresión que más me costara y luego 10 segundos en la progresión controlada, luego hice 3 series de presses de tuck advanced, subiendo los segundos en cada serie y bajando un press. Continuando con 3 series de aguantes de 15 segundos de tuck advanced, empezando con una buena retracción, y luego 3 series de 4 dominadas en tuck advanced. Para finalizar, combiné raises de tuck advanced con dominadas en una serie para aprovechar el tiempo, e hice algo de abdomen al final. Ve más allá, plus ultra. </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> Well, today I saw quite a bit of improvement in the front lever, as I finally managed to do a super advanced tuck and was able to incorporate it into my routine during the holds, and that motivated me quite a bit yesterday when I did my front lever workout. I did the workout at home, since it hasn't rained in my area. In fact, the weather changes dramatically in a matter of minutes, meaning it's raining and then sunny every 10-15 minutes. So my plan was to train in a park, but with the weather like this, it was impossible, but oh well. I'll explain what I did in the routine below. # I started by thoroughly warming up my shoulders, lats, and forearms with the band and the bar, doing scapular retractions, Australian pull-ups, and approach sets. I also warmed up my hips so they wouldn't bother me during the workout. I started with 3 sets of super-advanced tuck holds, then moved my legs up to an advanced tuck, holding for 4 seconds on the progression that was hardest for me and then 10 seconds on the controlled progression. Then I did 3 sets of advanced tuck presses, increasing the seconds on each set and lowering one press. I continued with 3 sets of 15-second advanced tuck holds, starting with a good retraction, and then 3 sets of 4 advanced tuck pull-ups. To finish, I combined advanced tuck raises with pull-ups in one set to maximize my time, and did some ab work at the end. This was the post and the front workout.
