Hellowww Steemians!

Today i had another interesting convesration with a fellow steemian.

I think all of us here agree that we have amazing oportunities here on the steem block chain.
But the question is how we can use these oportunities?

Here is a copy of the state of the dapps:

So social media model. 

Is it?

Or we already left this behind?

There is a lot of content creators but every day and every week i saw the same people in the trending.

Are they that much good? How much they can make if they dont boost they posts?

Dont misunderstand me i dont have problem with them. Everyone can do what they want. Not my business.

But i wanna see new people. Supported by the community with real votes.

The main problem is that because of the greedy attitude we dont care about the new people and even with those who are here longer time and working hard every day to create something good.

We have around 40k active accounts from more than a million. Imagine if steem have 10 million active users. 

Even all of them have just 100SP

How much the steem will worth with that much userbase? With that much SP?

But if we continue this kind of posting and aftering just the profit we will never have even a million active user. 

Also many of us forget that yeah now you can boost yourself if you have money but with more users the vallue will grow. So they will earn also more and more. 

I see many people working to onboard people. Me also i am doing the best to onboard new members but these new members we also have to respect, support and keep them here.

Not everyone is a good blogger. But everyone is good in something. But right now the popular posts are just about steem, crypto or new projects on steem.
No other topics? Of course not much becase everyone sell they votes for profit so even you like something you cant support it. 

For sure everyone think that if you have more SP you are more popular and you make something good. But what the big SP holders will do if there is no user base? Not everyone is interested in crypto topics. Not everyone is interested about how you would like to inspire others. Some people wanna just share topics that they are good at. But nobody dont care them because the big SP holders have they own world or they are supporting they own project. 

Can i ask you?

Imagine if somebody vote on your post with 50 SP. You check his account and you see something good. Will you give him example more than a dollar vote if your worth that much? 

I never saw like that to be honest. Maybe there is happened like this just i dont know.

So this is what happening now. 

We can have a very nice future here if we can manage this somehow. 
Question is if we can manage this?

I believe in steem. Even now i power up a little and i will power up always if i can. I have my own plans but me alone i cant change the world. 

I understand that without the promo and bid bots it will also not work well but i dont understand why we cant manage ourselfs a little bit. To make some boarders. 

Sometimes when i see a post about nonsense. 4 sentences and 1 picture boosted with 50-100 or more dollars. Those votes should support somebody who deserve it. 

The funny stuff is that even this post if i dont boost nobody will dont read it😂 
Even it is all about serious stuff.

So i will boost it and i hope i can reach more people and if i just open the eyes of 1 person it's already worth it. 

I am sure soon the price of the steem will grow. Thanks for the hard working steemians. But i hope we can keep that price if you know what i mean😉

With a bigger value and bigger user base all of us will win in a long run.
