<div class="text-justify"> Me uno a esta iniciativa organizada por @emiliorio que nos hace recordar con esta iniciativa, aquellos difíciles momentos que vivió el mundo entero con la pandemia del covid-19. Para algunos, fue muy triste porqué tuvieron que enterrar a sus seres queridos. Mis condolencias.

> I join this initiative organized by @emiliorio who makes us remember with this initiative, those difficult moments that the whole world lived with the covid-19 pandemic. For some, it was very sad because they had to bury their loved ones. My condolences.

## <center>1⃣ ¿Qué hábitos conseguimos  en plena pandemia</center>

> What habits achieved in the midst of pandemics

Uno de los hábitos adquiridos una vez fuimos contagiados de covid-19 fue **reservar un espacio del día para reposar, hacer una siesta o descansar**, no tenía ese hábito anteriormente, la mayoría de las veces, tenía tantas cosas que hacer, que para nada descansaba.

> One of the habits acquired once we were infected with covid-19 was to **reserve a space in the day to rest, take a nap or rest**, I did not have that habit before, most of the time, I had so many things to do, that I did not rest at all.

Este hábito se acentuó cuando fui contagiada, primero fue mi esposo, luego mi hijo y finalmente yo. Cómo verán, tenia que atenderlos y por muy cansada que solía estar, no descansaba, siempre estaba al pie del cañón, por cualquier eventualidad.

> This habit was accentuated when I was infected, first it was my husband, then my son and finally me. As you can see, I had to take care of them and no matter how tired I used to be, I never rested, I was always at the foot of the cannon, for any eventuality.

Mi esposo  decía: **descanza, yo puedo levantarme, ya estoy mejor. Sin embargo, yo no lo hacía, Terminaba acostándome a las 12 de la noche para despertarme a las 6 de la mañana, cuando el descanso era una necesidad para el cuerpo.


> My husband said: **rest, I can get up, I am already better. However, I didn't do it, I ended up going to bed at 12 o'clock at night to wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning, when rest was a necessity for the body.

Pero cuando me enferme que sentí ese horrible malestar, mis fuerzas decayeron y comencé a hacer mis descansos después del almuerzo. Ahora, independientemente, de cómo me sienta, tomo mi descanso diariamente y esto me renueva.

> But when I got so sick that I felt that horrible discomfort, my strength declined and I started to take my breaks after lunch. Now, regardless of how I feel, I take my breaks daily and it renews me.

Otro  hábito que no era común en mi familia y que se afianzó en tiempos de COVID-19 fue el de conversar juntos en familia. Normalmente, lo haciamos en situaciones particulares que se presentaban en el núcleo familiar. 

> Another habit that was not common in my family and that took hold in COVID-19 times was to talk together as a family. Normally, we did it in particular situations that arose in the family nucleus.

Luego empezaron a llegar momentos donde nos reuníamos a conversar por cualquier motivo, estas conversaciones se hacían cada vez más interesante. Ahora, inconscientemente, a cierta hora del día, nos reunimos a conversar.

> Then came times when we would get together to talk for whatever reason, and these conversations became more and more interesting. Now, unconsciously, at a certain time of the day, we get together to talk.

##  2⃣ Lecciones de vida

> Life lessons

**Buscar soluciones**. Cuando fuimos contagiados, teniamos tanto malestar que no salimos de casa. Además, tampoco estaba permitido salir en las condiciones que estábamos. Esta situación me agarró de sorpresa, por lo cual, difícilmente, tenía algunos analgésicos ni ningún tipo de  medicina en casa, se puede decir que,  tenia que buscar alternativas.


> **Searching for solutions. When we were infected, we were so sick that we did not leave the house. Besides, we were not allowed to go out in the condition we were in. This situation caught me by surprise, so I hardly had any painkillers or any kind of medicine at home, so I had to look for alternatives.

Estando encerrado tantos días en casa, la fiebre alta, el malestar del Cuerpo era tan insoportable que aprendí una lección muy interesante: **ser precavida**. Por lo cual, me vi obligada a sumergirme en el mundo de la medicina natural, la que aprendí con mamá.


> Being cooped up at home for so many days, the high fever, the body's discomfort was so unbearable that I learned a very interesting lesson: **be cautious**. Therefore, I was forced to immerse myself in the world of natural medicine, which I learned with my mother.

Tenía en mi casa algunas ramas que finalmente, nos dieron bienestar en esos momentos terribles. Así que aprendí a a preparar todo  tipo de té: malojillo, nanzanilla, oreganon, te verde. Ahora, trato por todos los medios de tener en casa un maletín de primeros auxilios con medicinas necesarias para emergencias sin dejar de utilizar el recurso que nos da la naturaleza Como medida inmediata.


> I had in my house some branches that finally gave us wellbeing in those terrible moments. So I learned to prepare all kinds of tea: malojillo, nanzanilla, oreganon, green tea. Now, I try by all means to have at home a first aid kit with the necessary medicines for emergencies while still using the resource that nature gives us as an immediate measure.

**Compartir las tareas de la casa**. Todo en la casa que tenía que ver con los quehaceres cotidianos, los hacía yo solamente, por más que intente hacerles sentir a mi familia la responsabilidad de trabajar en equipo, fue difícil. Hasta qué llego el COVID 19.


> **Sharing household chores. Everything in the house that had to do with daily chores was done by me alone, and even though I tried to make my family feel the responsibility of working as a team, it was difficult. Until COVID 19 came along.

Todos nos a abocamos a participar de los quehaceres, porque cuando me enferme, no teníamos alguien que nos auxiliara, así que mi esposo asumió la responsabilidad de atenderme. En este proceso, aprendió a cocinar, limpiar, fregar entre otras actividades. Les cuento a algo: **Creo que fue la lección que más agradezco al COVID 19** je je je (risas).

> We all took part in the chores, because when I got sick, we didn't have anyone to help us, so my husband took on the responsibility of taking care of me. In this process, he learned to cook, clean, do the dishes, among other activities. I tell you something: **I think it was the lesson I am most grateful to COVID 19** heh heh heh heh (laughs).


**Sentir empatia**.  Cuando pasamos por procesos difíciles, nos damos cuenta lo que otras personas que vivieron nuestra experiencia han sentido. Ver cómo amigos con los que comparti murieron, me hizo sentir la necesidad de ver, como podia ayudar de alguna manera.

> **Feel empathy.  When we go through difficult processes, we realize what other people who lived our experience have felt. Seeing how friends I shared with died made me feel the need to see how I could help in some way.

De alguna manera, creo que todos tenemos algo que contar de estos momentos tan difíciles que vivimos con la pandemia, y que ha quedando en la historia no solamente de nuestra familia, sino también en la humanidad.


> In some way, I believe that we all have something to tell about these difficult moments that we lived through with the pandemic, and that has remained in the history not only of our family, but also of humanity.</div>
