<div class="text-justify">Hola qué tal amigos de @holos&lotus ya me siento en familia en esta comunidad por la variedad de contenido que he publicado ya que soy amante de cuidar nuestro… claro lo he aprendido porque he tenido que pasar por varios procesos relacionados con mi salud en general.

Tengo dos meses sumergida en un proceso que realmente desconocía si me había sentido mal pero con unos cuantos analgésicos lograba superar esto malestares en el organismo. Por supuesto que entendí que y era tiempo de ver al médico y así lo hice porque los dolores de cabeza ya eran extenuantes.

Lo primero que hizo mi médico internista fue enviarme a laboratorio para unos exámenes entre ellos el perfil 20 cumplí y fui al laboratorio cumpliendo así los lineamientos del médico, tenía mucho tiempo sin asistir a un hospital, me sentía extraña en ese lugar en medio de tantos enfermos.

Pues bien,  el resultado según mi médico es que mi sistema inmunologico en primer lugar está débil tengo varios valores comprometidos y entre esos valores está la hemoglobina, así que necesitaba subir ese valor para mejorar, el recetó ácido fólico, sin embargo, le pregunté si podía hacer algún té de esos que usan las abuelitas para estos malestares.

Ese mismo día, fui a la casa  de mamá y mi hermana @nara me comenta que la sobrina tenía problemas de anemia y que este té le hizo mucho bien a n menos de 3 días para subir la hemoglobina lo cual me sorprendió, así que le pedí algunas hojas de esta planta para preparar el té y ver la mejoría.

Al siguiente día hice mi preparado de té con esta planta **sangria** nombre extraño pero así le dicen y lo consumí debido a que me sentía muy débil y puedo asegurarles que día días después de haber tomado dos días consecutivos el té ya mis ganas de estar todo el día durmiendo disminuyeron, me puse más activa… yo creo que me está haciendo bien este té.

Puedo dar fe de este té por mi propia experiencia sin embargo, todo organismo funciona diferente, yo creo mucho en la mejoría de la salud por medio de la naturaleza me funciono cuando tenía COVID, cuando tengo cuadros gripales y ahora con mi proceso médico.

Luego espero que refresque un poco y le coloco limón en pequeña cantidad. Como verás no tiene nada del otro mundo, es fácil, sabroso y muy beneficioso para subir la hemoglobina rápido. Estoy seria medicina natural, si tú eres como yo tiene confianza en la naturaleza y los beneficios que da al universo inténtalo, pero si consideras que debes consultar a un especialista para hacerlo siéntete libre y hazlo , pero te aseguro, a mi me funciono.
