<center><h1>My dream come true</h1></center>
Several weeks ago I brought you to my blog the first impressions of this game, Start-up Company, a quite realistic simulator of managing a digital business, specifically social networks or pages, it's not like it's a Burger King, no haha. Here we have to manage all the company's expenses, manage costs, save, hire people, set salaries, negotiate, meet goals, lower salaries, and a lot of other things. It's quite complete and that's why I decided to keep playing it and above all, bring it to Hive so that other people also know it.
Today you will see how far I have come, and how big this small but beautiful company called Sleeping Dreams is becoming. Let's see, every day I'm dedicating about 2-4 hours of gameplay, I enjoy seeing how the resources grow and see how I advance in general, maybe it's stupid but for me it's pleasant. Lately, I have grown in employees, I think in the last post I had 10, and now I have over 20 employees, which means yes, my company has grown twice as much, and needs twice as many resources. Although it's not so easy to hire and hire people since monthly you have to pay them about 12-15 thousand dollars for their work, something that leaves me almost no profit xD.
In the beginning, I was working to pay for expenses, I had NOTHING in profit, and the fact of getting money every time we met the goals was what saved me from bankruptcy. I thought many times about borrowing money from the bank but it was stupid to get into debt with 200,000 dollars when I wasn't producing anything, so I decided to cut as many expenses as possible until I finally met the goal and keep surviving, at the beginning there is also the "easy" mode, which is for people who had never played the game, like me. And the "normal" mode, was much more complex, so I can't imagine playing that lol.
Like every marketing and social media company, our main form of income is ads, I was currently with one called "Text Ads" but it's complete crap, well, none of my users were happy, mind you, it was generating me quite a bit of money monthly, about 600k and my expenses were only 230k, so I was able to farm a few months (in the game) so I could invest it in improving everything, and I think it showed... I also had to rent a hosting room for my servers, since the virtual ones apart from being expensive were fucking shit, there I had to invest about 100k, I think it's amazing that this same thing happens in real life.
As I told you I was using the Text Ad feature, they are normal and do not give so much money, and now I am using banner ads, another improved feature, the difference is abysmal I am earning around 600k with several 2 contracts in total, this is done because I have two sales managers hired and I can split the 24 hours a day between the two ads, so I earn more. Another thing I need to do is to improve the servers, lately, they have been a bit overloaded and I am suffering quite a few DDO attacks monthly.
I also have to start fulfilling the requests of my employees, they ask for insurance, pension insurance, and benefits in general, and they cost quite a lot of money, all this will increase the % of speed which will benefit me a lot. For example that pile of furniture, ping pong table, etc. All these are requirements that each of them asked for, although they never use them, I guess they do use them XD. And I didn't like almost anything, I find it very boring that the workers are just sitting there without moving they look very fake, I would have liked to find mobile workers, who walk, talk, etc. Although of course, here in this game that's not the important thing.
So you see more than 1.000.000$ invested in servers and I still have the same problem... I don't understand... wtf?
Ah, I saw what the problem was, I also have to buy servers in the cloud, they are expensive, each one costs 15,000 $, which sums up to 900$ daily, although it is nothing since I am earning more than 800,000$ monthly. After a long time, I managed to achieve the goal of earning $40,000 a day, what a thrill. My assistant tells me that the investors are quite happy and that they gave me 1.000.000$ for the next goal, but this one is crazy, I must get 10 million registered users, I barely have 2 million and I am missing 8 XD. This is not an easy task, I must make marketing campaigns, invest money, hire people, and more. It is a total stress.
The expenses I currently have are crazy, I must investigate well how to reach 10 million registered users without losing money or dying in the attempt. I think that's as far as I'm going to leave this post, the next one will be about the same thing, but you will see a much bigger change. Start-Up Company is great, it's a great game and it's a lot of fun, I lasted like 4 hours writing this post, but all thanks to being playing and advancing, I love it XD.

<center><h1>Mi sueño hecho realidad</h1></center>
Hace varias semanas les traje a mi blog las primeras impresiones de este juego, Start-up Company, un simulador bastante realista de manejar negocios digitales, específicamente redes sociales o páginas, no es como si fuese un Burguer King, no haha. Aquí tenemos que gestionar todos los gastos de la empresa, manejar costos, ahorrar, contratar personas, fijar salarios, negociar, cumplir metas, rebajar salarios, y un montón de cosas más. Es bastante completo y es por eso que decidí seguir jugándolo y sobretodo, traerlo a Hive para que otras personas también lo conozcan.
Hoy verán todo lo que he avanzado, y lo grande que se va volviendo esta pequeña pero bonita empresa llamada Sleeping Dreams. A ver, diariamente le esto dedicando unas 2-4 horas de juego, realmente me vicia bastante ver como crecen los recursos y ver cómo avanzo en general, tal vez sea una estupidez pero para mi es placentero. Últimamente he crecido en empleados, creo que el último post tenía 10, ahora tengo más de 20 empleados, eso significa que sí, mi empresa ha crecido el doble, y necesita el doble de recursos. Aunque no es tan fácil contratar y contratar personas ya que mensualmente hay que pagarles cerca de 12-15 mil dólares por su trabajo, cosa que me deja casi sin ganancias xD.
Al comienzo estaba trabajando para pagar los gastos, literal no tenía NADA de ganancia, y el hecho de conseguir dinero cada vez que cumplimos las metas fue lo que me salvó de la bancarrota. De hecho, pensé muchas veces en pedir préstamos al banco pero era estúpido endeudarme con 200mil dólares cuándo no estaba produciendo nada, así que decidí acortar la mayor cantidad de gastos posibles hasta por fin cumplir la meta y seguir sobreviviendo, al comienzo también esta el modo "fácil", que es para personas que nunca lo habían jugado, como yo. Y el modo "normal", ese era mucho más complejo, así que no imagino estar jugando ese lol.
Como toda empresa de marketing y redes sociales, nuestra principal forma de ingresos son los anuncios, actualmente estaba con una llamada "Anuncios de texto" pero es una completa mierda, bueno, ninguno de mis usuarios estaban satisfechos, eso sí, me generaba bastante dinero mensual, cerca de 600k y mis gastos solo eran de 230k, así que pude farmear unos cuantos meses (en el juego) para poder invertirlo en mejorar todo, y creo que se ha notado... También tuve que alquilar una cuarto de alojamiento para mis servidores, ya que los virtuales aparte de caros eran una puta mierda, allí tuve que invertir cerca de 100 mil dólares, creo que es increíble que esto mismo ocurra en la vida real.
Como les dije estaba utilizando la característica de Anuncio de texto, son normales y no dan tanto dinero, y ahora estoy utilizando banners en forma de anuncio, otra característica mejorada, la diferencia es abismal estoy ganando alrededor de 600k con varios 2 contratos en total, esto se hace porque tengo a dos jefes de venta contratados y puedo dividir las 24 horas del día entre los dos anuncios, así gano más. Otra de las cosas que debo hacer es mejorar los servidores, últimamente han estado un poco sobrecargado y estoy sufriendo bastantes ataques DDOs mensualmente.
También debo empezara cumplir con las peticiones de mis emplados, ellos piden seguro, pensión asegurada, beneficios en general, y cuestan bastante dinero, todo eso incrementará el % de rapidez lo cuál me beneficiará bastante. Por ejemplo ese montón de muebles, mesa de ping pong, etc. Todo eso son requisitos que pidieron cada uno de ellos, aunque no la utilizan nunca, imagino que hacen que las usan XD. Y ese punto no me gustó casi nada, me parece muy aburrido que los trabajadores solo estén sentados allí sin moverse, obviamente se ven muy falso, me fuese gustado encontrar a trabajadores móviles, que caminen, hablen, etc. Aunque claro, aquí en este juego eso no es lo importante.
Así se ven más de 1.000.000$ invertidos en servidores y aún sigo con el mismo problema... no entiendo ¿wtf?
Ah, ya vi cual era el problema, también debo comprar servidores en la nube, son caros, cuesta cada uno 15.000 $, lo que se resume diariamente 900$, aunque no es nada ya que mensualmente estoy ganando más de 800.000$. Luego de bastante tiempo logré conseguir la meta de ganar 40 mil dolares diarios, que emoción. Mi asistente me dice que los inversionistas estan bastante alegres y que me dieron 1.000.000$ para la siguiente meta, pero esta si que es una locura, debo conseguir 10 millones de usuarios registrados, apenas tengo 2 millones y me faltan 8 XD. Esta no es una tarea sencilla, debo hacer campañas de marketing, invertir dinero, contratar personas y más. Es un estrés total.
Los gastos que tengo actualmente son una locura, debo investigar bien cómo mierda llegar a los 10 millones de usuarios registrados sin perder dinero y sin morir en el intento. Creo que hasta aquí voy a dejar este post, el próximo será referente a esto mismo, pero verán un cambio mucho mayor. Start-Up Company es grandioso, es un juegazo y divierte bastante, literal duré como 4 horas escribiendo este post, pero todo gracias a estar jugando e ir avanzando, lo amo XD.
