As soon as I saw the thumbnail and saw how brutal it looked, both in graphics and in its modality, which I love 100%, I decided to watch the video and downloaded it, I was surprised that it weighed so little and had graphics on another level, I think It's very strange to see games like this in this day and age...
When I started playing it I got quite confused, I didn't know how to use the camera (which is a bit strange) and the controls confused me a bit, I decided to read everything calmly and understand as well as possible, I "learned" to play but I still had a lot to do to learn, the routes are challenging, yes, they are beautiful and the landscape dazzles you, but the terrain is hostile in an incredible way. The truth is that I never expected to find a game that I loved so much from the first moment I saw it, it is undoubtedly incredible, and the best thing is that I downloaded its sequel, which is Spintires MudRunner, I will soon bring you the review of that...
The game is hyper-realistic, not only graphically, but also physically, but first I'd like to talk about its gameplay, let's see, at first it's going to be hard for you to learn how to drive on such treacherous terrain, even the steering wheel is complex to use since when turning to the right or left, it does not return to its straight orientation, no. But you have to move it constantly so many times we can get confused and turn more than necessary and fall into rivers, mud, cliffs, etc. Even so, that will only happen at first, I got used to it after 1 hour of play, I already felt like an animal and I loved seeing how I was fighting against the hostile terrain.
After driving for a while on the dirt and mud road, I came to a cabin where I unlocked a truck, the best thing about this game (from what I've seen) is that there are a lot of trucks and 4x4 vans, besides that we can include mods and there is a great variety of cars for this title, brutal, right? Well, I imagine that you have seen the photos and have noticed some things, for example, one of them is how beautiful the game looks, yes, there it is in maximum graphics, and to me, it looks beautiful, it is a game from the year 2014 and it doesn't seem like it. The environment and map of the game are other things that I fell in love with, the map is incredible, big, and super well done, also, we have many maps, I think 6 in total.
And although it didn't do me any good to take the Jeep to that cabin, I had to go back to the garage, oh, yes, we have a garage where we can modify and improve any of our vehicles, fantastic right? Well, I had to go back to the garage and look for the blue truck, my first mission is to load logs, what a thrill...
How can you notice in the game there is morning, afternoon, night and early morning, it's beautiful but believe me it's not good to drive at night, it's dangerous since you can easily get stuck in the mud, and get lost is even easier xD...
The game is too realistic, many times we get stuck in the mud and we have to activate the differential lock to get out, which gives the vehicle more traction and allows us to go through minefields of pure swampy mud, it's terrible but fun at the same time. It's incredible, after loading the logs the truck would be affected by the weight, both in speed and stability, currently, the truck is more stable but slow at the same time, however, it is brutal oh my god.
Now let's talk about the best, the **PHYSICS** the game has an excellent graphics engine, and we can see that thanks to the physics that we find there, they are BEAUTIFUL, literally, everything in the truck moves, be it the cab, the wheels, the trailer and a lot of other things, the mud splashes, the truck gets dirty, the water washes the wheels, the weight influences, EVERYTHING on the car vibrates, that is, it is a unique experience, I think they It was necessary to improve the noise of the truck a bit, not from the engine, but from the vibration of everything in general, I don't hear that noise at all, the engine overshadows it 100%, however the physics that we appreciate is incredible.

Estaba yo tranquilamente navegando por Youtube, específicamente estaba buscando un tutorial para arreglar un bug que tengo en el City Car Driving, cuándo de repente me aparece en recomendación un juego que nunca había escuchado (o tal vez sí) Spintires. Apenas vi la miniatura y vi lo brutal que se veía, tanto en gráficos cómo en su modalidad, que me encanta al 100%, decidí ver el video y obviamente lo descargué, me sorprendió que pesara tan poco y tuviese gráficos de otro nivel, creo que es muy extraño ver juegos así en esta época...
Al comenzar a jugarlo me confundí bastante, no sabía como usar la cámara (que es un poco extraña) y los controles me confundían un poco, decidí leer todo con calma y entender lo mejor posible, "aprendí" a jugar pero aún me faltaba bastante por aprender, las rutas son extremadamente difíciles, eso sí, son hermosas y el paisaje te deslumbra, pero el terreno es hóstil de una forma increíble. La verdad nunca esperé encontrarme un juego que me encantase tanto desde el primer momento que lo ví, sin duda es increíble, y lo mejor es que descargué su secuela, la cuál es Spintires MudRunner, pronto les traigo la reseña de ese...
El juego es hiper-realista, no sólo gráficamente, sino en físicas, pero primero me gustaría hablar de su jugabilidad, a ver, al principio te va a costar bastante aprender a manejar en terrenos tan traicioneros, incluso, el volante es complejo de usar, ya que al girar a la derecha o izquierda, no vuelve a su orientación recta, no. Sino que hay que moverlo constantemente entonces muchas veces nos podemos confundir y girar más de la cuenta y caer a ríos, barro, acantilados, etc. Aún así, eso solo pasará al principio, yo me acostumbré después de 1 hora de juego, ya me sentía un animal y me encantaba ver como iba luchando contra el terreno hóstil.
Luego de conducir un rato por la carretera de tierra y barro, llegué hasta una cabaña en dónde desbloqueé un camión, lo mejor de este juego (por lo que he visto) es que hay un montón de camiones y camionetas 4x4, además de eso podemos incluír mods y existe gran variedad de carros para este título, brutal no? Bueno, imagino que habrán visto las fotos y han notado algunas cosas, por ejemplo, una de ellas es lo hermoso que el juego se ve, sí, allí está en gráficos máximos, y para mi se ve hermoso, es un juego del año 2014 y no lo parece. El entorno y mapa del juego es otra de las cosas que me enamoró, el mapa es increíble, grande y está super bien hecho, además, tenemos muchos mapas, creo que 6 en total.
Y aunque no me sirvió de nada llevar el Jeep hasta esa cabaña, tuve que volver al garage, ah, sí, tenemos un garage dónde podemos modificar y mejorar cualquiera de nuestros vehículos, una pasada no? Bueno, tuve que volver al garage y buscar el camión azul, mi primer misión es cargar troncos, que emoción...
Cómo pueden notar en el juego existe la mañana, tarde, noche y madrugada, es una hermosura pero creánme que no es bueno manejar de noche, es peligroso ya que puedes quedar atrapado en barro fácilmente, y perderte es más fácil aún xD...
El juego es demasiado realista, muchas veces quedamos atascados en barro y debemos activar el bloqueo de diferenciales para poder salir, eso le da más tracción al vehículo y nos permite pasar por campos minados de puro barro pantanoso, es terrible pero divertido a la vez. Es increíble, luego de cargar los troncos obviamente el camión se vería afectado por el peso, tanto en velocidad como estabilidad, actualmente el camión es más estable pero lento a la vez, sin embargo está brutal dios mio.
Ahora hablemos de lo mejor, las **FÍSICAS** el juego tiene un motor gráfico excelente, y eso lo podemos ver gracias a las físicas que encontramos allí, son PRECIOSAS, literalmente todo lo del camión se mueve, ya sea la cabina, las ruedas, el tráiler y un montón de cosas más literalmente, el barro salpica, se ensucia el camión, el agua lava las ruedas, el peso influye, TODO sobre el camión va vibrando, o sea, es una experiencia única, yo creo que les faltó mejorar un poco el ruido del camión, no del motor, sino de la vibración de todo en general, no escucho para nada ese ruido, el motor lo opaca al 100%, sin embargo es increíble las físicas que apreciamos.
Las físicas junto al entorno y los mapas, creo que es la mejor combinación para Spintires, y por si no lo saben, este es el primer juego de la saga, y el más famoso es SnowRunner, ahora si les parece conocido, no? Gracias por leer hasta aquí!
