Con un cast que varia desde Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter y Alan Rickman nos brindan este musical de horror sobre un barbero al cual se le fue arrebatada su esposa e hija de manera injusta y quien decide cobrar venganza por ello. Un musical terrorífico lleno de suspenso y el tema principal, la venganza. Dichos actores dando vida a cada canción dentro de la película nos llevan de la mano a través de un sombrío londres dónde el barbero Sweeney Todd regresa para asociarse con mrs Lovett para tomar venganza de el juez del lugar por encarcelarlo injustamente, pero sin olvidar la moraleja de hasta que punto puede llegarnos a cegar la ira y el rencor.

El teléfono negro nos trae la historia de un pueblo en Denver, Colorado dónde han habido desapariciones de niños por parte de un tipo al cual se le conoce como el raptor. Con la gran actuación de Ethan Hawke haciendo al temido raptor nos deslumbra con su característica frialdad y poca demostración de emociones que hacen que el personaje sea aún más terrorífico. Un niño con su hermana comienzan a ver qué ciertos niños de su escuela desaparecen y un día el también forma parte de esos desaparecidos, siendo secuestrado por el raptor y encerrandolo en una habitación subterránea dónde no hay nada en particular excepto por un teléfono negro en donde el escucha a las víctimas del raptor y estos lo ayudan a escapar además del aporte de su hermana que tiene sueños premonitorios en dónde ve fracciones de cosas que ha hecho el raptor. Una adaptación de el crudo libro con el mismo nombre nos trae una película llena de terror sobrenatural.

Volvemos a un clásico dentro de la categoría Terror Slasher dónde vamos a u pueblo que comienza a ser aterrorizado por un asesino en serie que se esconde detrás de una máscara. Una de las películas más vistas en el mundo, nos deslumbra con su variedad de personajes, el característico humor juvenil, algo predecible pero que aún así no quita que sea tan buena. Luego de la muerte de su madre Sidney Scott, nuestra protagonista, se entera de la muerte de su compañera de clases y esto la aterriza ya que es la misma forma en la que murió su madre, comienza de manera misteriosa a estar muy alerta sin importar las burlas de sus compañeros hasta que se da cuenta de que el asesino la esta acechando.

A pesar de haber visto esta película acompañada aún me sentía asco y miedo incluso después de verla. Un grupo de chicos entran en la casa de un hombre ciego para robarle objetos de valor sin saber que éste hombre esta más que preparado para recibirlos. Completamente shockeante el desenlace sobretodo por las horribles intenciones de este hombre quien a pesar de estar ciego es un veterano del ejército estadounidense el cual esconde una gran suma de dinero en su hogar y un terrible secreto debajo de su casa. El que parecía ser un atraco simplemente termino costandoles la vida.

Completely shocking the outcome especially for the horrible intentions of this man who despite being blind is a U.S. Army veteran who hides a large sum of money in his home and a terrible secret under his house. What appeared to be a robbery simply ended up costing them their lives.
