Hoy les quiero hablar, de esta fruta tropical que contiene muchas propiedades y beneficios para la Salud  ya que contiene mucha vitamina C, A y E, es rica en agua .

 Este fruto es nutricional ,ya que es un alimento energético y refrescante y tambien es depurativo y contiene antioxidante, es recomendable para las personas con sobre peso que retienen líquido y ayuda a  tonifica el organismo.

Esta fruta tiene un sabor  ácido y dulce a la vez y su olor es parecido al melón se puede comer solo o en dulce o bien se a en ensaladas como mejor lo prefieras.
