Today at work I found a lovely surprise on my way to work, in the work premises there are many trees and green areas where insects, birds and even some squirrels can be seen, but today I was surprised by a beautiful bird.

When I arrived I saw it from the distance and I got a little closer, as I saw that it was not moving I decided to take out my phone to take a picture of it, I took one from a distance and I got closer and I managed to take three pictures, when I realised that the bird was asleep I decided to try to take a picture of it almost in its face but at that moment it woke up and flew away, It crossed my mind to try to catch it but I thought that the birds look more beautiful free, if you put food in a place there you will always have them, but after thinking about it I think that if I had tried I would have caught it because it seems that the bird was intensely asleep.


> El día de hoy en el trabajo me encontré una adorable sorpresa entrando al trabajo, en las instalaciones de trabajo hay muchos árboles y áreas verdes donde suelen verse insectos, pájaros y hasta algunas ardillas, pero el día de hoy me sorprendió un hermoso pájaro.

> Al llegar lo veo de lejos y me acerco un poco más, como veo que no se mueve decido sacar mi teléfono para tomarle foto le tomo una de lejos y me voy acercando le logré tomar tres fotos, cuando me doy cuánta que el pajarito estaba dormido decidí intentar tomarle una foto casi que en su cara pero en ese momento se despertó y salió volando, se me pasó por la mente intentar atraparlo pero pensé que los pajaritos se ven más bonitos libres, si se les pone comida en un lugar allí siempre los tendrás, pero después de pensar yo creo que si lo hubiera intentado lo atraparía ya que al parecer el pájaro estaba intensamente dormido.

I know this bird by the name of Cristo fue, this name is based on the sound it makes when singing, here in Venezuela Lara state they are seen everywhere, the scientific name of this bird is Pitangus sulphuratus, this species measures approximately 21 and 26 centimetres, it has a large head, long wings and short legs, and short legs which they use for eating insects, this is their favourite food but I have also seen them eating the crumbs that are thrown at them.

> Yo conozco a este pájaro con el nombre de Cristo fue, este nombre es basado en el sonido que produce al cantar, aquí en Venezuela estado Lara se ven en todas partes, el nombre científico de esta ave es Pitangus sulphuratus, está especie mide aproximadamente los 21 y 26 centímetros, posee cabeza grande, alas largas y patas cortas, y poco largo el cual usan para casar insectos está es su comida favorita pero también los he visto comiendo de las migas que se le hechan.

They are found in dry urban areas around houses, in squares, I have been reading a little about this bird and it says that it is not very common to see it in wooded areas, it can be seen flying up to an altitude of 1500 metres above sea level.

> Se encuentran en zonas urbanas seca de las casas, en plazas, estube leyendo un poco sobre este pájaro y dice que no es muy común que se vea en zonas boscosas, se pueden observar avisando hasta una altitud de 1500 metro de altura.

The colours of this bird do not usually vary much, all the birds of this species that I have seen maintain the typical colour, yellow breast and back in various shades of brown, its head is black with a kind of white crown.

> Los colores de esta ave no suelen variar mucho, todas las aves de esta especie que he llegado a observar mantienen el típico color, pecho amarillos las y espalda de varios colores de tono marrón, su cabeza en negra con una especie de corona de color blanco.

This bird is one of those that I usually listen to every morning when I wake up, I love the sound of the birds every morning, when I listen to them I feel relaxed and I enjoy their songs every morning.

> Este pajarito es uno de los que yo suelo escuchar todas las mañanas al despertarme, me encanta el sonido de los pajaritos cada mañana, al escucharlos me siento relajado y disfruto de sus cantos cada mañana.
