It's so awesome that you got to take the flight, I remember one of your previous posts how annoyed you were that they had changed your flight time and you were a bit concerned that the flight might not happen at all. Let's all hope with fingers crossed that there is some form of normalcy in our day to day lives again.

Work from home and face to face have been juggled since the Pandemic began. My job is best done in person, but due to the pandemic, I've been working from home for the past nine months. Working from home was initially frustrating and difficult, but after a while, my psyche had become accustomed to it, and I had adjusted well to the "new normal." Honestly, I enjoyed it. Then, around two weeks ago, we began doing Face to Face. I became agitated at the idea of being able to work with people physically once again. I didn't like it but I didnt have a choice do I?! I need to earn a living and I needed to follow whatever for me to keep my job. It was week of emotional struggle honestly and it took a while for me to finally grasp the idea of going back to normal from the new normal. So, while Pandemic affected me emotionally, I'm pleased to say that I've moved on and am once again who I am, who enjoys being among humans. Haha!

I wish I can travel soon too just like you. I miss my family back home too. Our restrictions are just starting to ease up and hopefully by summer we will be able to. Keep safe! 😊

Ah, the old flying routine. 
I would usually consider myself a good flyer, but gee I had a sense of dread boarding my flights over the last week. 

Here's an odd wondering. In NSW and TAS we had to wear masks in airports. Maybe your flight attendant didn't see your smirk behind your mask! (Or, do they not have that rule in Adelaide?)

Lovely writing. Hope to read more from you. I know how it felt to be on air for nearly months after covid. I had it too and im excited. 

For me, within these 2years passed since covid hit us, I learned that some people are meant to left us when it was rough and only spend their time with us during the happy times. We will know who gives up and who would still give chances. We will find the truth about some characters that was used to be nice to us,they can turn into a devil just to save their own self mistakes. They rather live with the lies to survive. Lol. 

Now i learned not to fall or trust others. Just start all over again and loving what I had and just be bless and thankful. The present is a gift, my future is a mystery,while my past is history and a lesson for me.😊 

Did you still - have to - wear a mask in the airport and plane? They recently got rid of that here. Not sure how I feel about that right now. My first *post*-pandemic flight - I was pretty much a nervous wreck but that was last October so still in the middle of Delta. Now or in Feb we still flew with masks and it felt almost normal again. I'm really glad you got to go - even though it seems it didn't work out with the flight attendant - LOL. And also

Well, I can say, it almost changed everything - restricted us at home, forced us to give all the gadgets to kids that was earlier prohibited, we had to adjust to a new normal to just live past those days. Last two years have been really difficult - I hope it does not come back - so that we can travel like normal. 

Happy to see, little by little, life comes back to normality.
I did fly last summer during the pandemic and it was also an strange feeling, although showing the Covid19 certificate was almost flying as usual, except you had to wear the mask and got a slight panic sensation every time someone was coughing or sneezing.
I honestly think there is a new habit we will have to get used to which is a mandatory mask in most public transport and more control.

Its a good thing to have your wings now *uncliped* after such a long time.... Well, *you believe you can fly* @galenkp 😅

Other than the mandatory mask wearing for some time, the pandemic fortunately/luckily was not really changed/affected my life. Nowadays we do not have to wear masks, but some people are still wearing it.
