**This day was unlike any other in my let me say interesting and fun life. I woke up with an insatiable thirst for coffee. As I've always said, my day doesn't start as planned without a good cup of aromatic coffee.**

Due to the fact that I was in a foreign country, I had to look on the internet for the nearest coffee shops. Well in the following pictures I will show you a cafe, with an incredibly skillful barista and a cozy atmosphere. 




As soon as you enter the place, you say Wow. The cafe combines a more vintage, yet more modern atmosphere, which attracts visitors of all ages. It has even thought about children who don't drink coffee. For them, a number of juices, smoothies and hot chocolates in different flavours have been added to the menu. My daughter was enthusiastic to try the most-selling hot chocolate in the cafe. Why am I paying attention to this you.... well the hot chocolate was paprika flavoured. :D Honestly I wasn't too enchanted, maybe due to the fact that I'm quite older than the new and younger generation, or maybe due to the fact that I don't really like hot chocolate. But enough with the digressions.

My attention was caught by something radically different. Sitting at the order counter was a very polite and young boy with a rather large beard. It was obvious he was from the art world. He turned to me and asked what I would like to drink. To be honest I hadn't even looked at the menu of the cafe which was located directly above the boy. I simply replied - please advise me what coffee I should order.

I don't know how or why, but out of the boy's mouth came - Cappuccino. Every time he saw his customers, this boy could guess what their preferences were. I was really amazed. But there was something even more interesting and it came from the way the boy made the coffees. You could tell he was putting in a lot of love and effort. It was definitely the perfect profession for him. 


A true barista, a true professional and an extremely humble and polite boy. I'm really glad you still meet people like that. As you can see from the photos, even the cups he poured our coffees in are quite authentic and modernist. Definitely worth the experience, and the coffee will have you coming back at least a few more times for the day.

The wall of the place was covered in graffiti. I was particularly impressed by the following text:

## **>Even if it's specialty coffee, our coffee is free from barista ego & roaster cult of personality.**


How accurately, and in just one sentence, can one describe the entire ambiance of this cafe.
