- Mobiko is a CLI tool for creating iOS thumbnails from a big picture. Mobiko is also part of Python Package Index, so it can be installed through pip or easy_install. It's compatible with Python 2.7 for now. - Language and Framework It's based on Python and rely on Pillow module for image editing, additionally it can optimize the png's with pillow or with "pngquant" if present. I use "argparse" module for parsing arguments from CLI. Absolute import is from __future__. - Roadmap I want to make it exportable to Android too, give support for Windows, add a mountable REST endpoint, and mount an actual server in a domain for making accessible for utopian. Unit testing is also required. - How to contribute? I have not too much experience in android app icons, if someoone could help me integrate some of it would be helpful.
