Author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki, Backs Bitcoin, Dumps Dollar


As Bitcoin continues to rally massively over the past few days to reach a 2020 all-time high, investors are expressing strong optimism about the beginning of a bull run. And the interest in Bitcoin and those talking about it are increasing by the day. 

Not too long ago, a bestselling American author, Robert Kiyosaki, whose masterpiece on financial literacy, *Rich Dad, Poor* has sold over 37 million copies, joined his voice in support of Bitcoin. Kiyosaki [advocated](https://news.bitcoin.com/rich-dad-poor-dad-robert-kiyosaki-bitcoin/) that people should buy Bitcoin because the US Dollar was dying, could even lose its place as the world's reserve currency.  

Kiyosaki went on to call the US dollar a scam because of the indiscriminate way it was being printed and then advised people to instead buy Bitcoin, gold and silver. His predictions are that Bitcoin will outperform the US Dollar because the latter will lose its value over the coming years. 

Only time will tell whether Kiyosaki's financial advice is worth heeding, nevertheless it can not be ignored because of the wealth of his experience when it comes to investment.

It is only wise to buy bitcoin when compared to dollar. 
However people should apply wisdom and heed to risk management principles.
People could also follow the concept of dollar cost averaging too.
Robert is a man of great understanding of the economics of things.

Yea you made very great points on Dollar averaging.  For me, I buy when the price looks reasonably fair and then starts Dollar averaging from the point where the market goes against me. Cheers
