NATO issues arise with Germany being accused of only having two days worth of ammunition in a shooting war.

Biggest issue is that Germany has been slacking and dragging its heels for so long that finally NATO membership and standards are finally being addressed. Having such a key Ally not keeping up their end of this agreement as well as dedicate their money into counterterrorism and high technology toys rather than actually having enough solid equipment and gear.
