Hola a todos mis Hivers, hoy vengo con mucho entusiasmo a recomendarles una película que a mi criterio es muy buena, esto lo digo de manera muy personal. Al verla me sacudió en muchos sentidos, es muy reflexiva, emotiva y sobre todo nos deja grandes mensajes de vida.
Este domingo durante la mañana estuve viendo varias alternativas de películas para ver una, estaba sola en casa y quise aprovechar el tiempo para obtener material para hacer mi post del día. Es allí donde decido ver Espíritu libre, me sentí atraída por el nombre y comencé a verla. Un dato interesante es que está recién estrenada en Netflix, (26 de enero de 2023), su directora: Sarah Spillane. La mencionada película está basada en hechos reales, resalta la audacia de una joven de tan solo 16 años, Jessica Watson, quien decide lanzarse en la aventura de darle la vuelta al mundo por el océano.
>Hello to all my Hivers, today I come with great enthusiasm to recommend a movie that in my opinion is very good, I say this in a very personal way. When I saw it, it shook me in many ways, it is very reflective, emotional and above all it leaves us great messages of life.
>This Sunday morning I was watching several movie alternatives to watch one, I was alone at home and I wanted to take advantage of the time to get material to make my post of the day. That's where I decide to watch Free Spirit, I was attracted by the name and started watching it. An interesting fact is that it is just released on Netflix, (January 26, 2023), its director: Sarah Spillane. The aforementioned film is based on real events, it highlights the audacity of a young girl of only 16 years old, Jessica Watson, who decides to embark on the adventure of circumnavigating the world by ocean.

Entre las cosas que se destacaron en esta trama es que cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles es cuando se revela el verdadero carácter de un ser humano. También el hecho de tener claro que para lograr algo que anhelamos con el corazón, debemos estar convencidos de que será posible, siempre y cuando estemos dispuestos aceptar que no será fácil, que habrán muchos obstáculos en el camino, pero que aún así lo intentaremos.
En una de las escenas la madre le pregunta a su hija ¿Cómo te sientes allá? la joven responde con firmeza y mucha emoción, "valió la pena". Esta frase si que me gustó a medida que se fue desarrollando la película, cobró mucho significado para mí, a veces hacemos las cosas con el temor de enfrentar ciertos inconvenientes y dudamos, pero cuando le ponemos todas nuestras ganas y finalmente lo logramos, esta frase se hace presente.
>Among the things that stood out in this plot is that when things get difficult is when the true character of a human being is revealed. Also the fact of being clear that in order to achieve something we long for with our hearts, we must be convinced that it will be possible, as long as we are willing to accept that it will not be easy, that there will be many obstacles in the way, but that we will still try.
>In one of the scenes the mother asks her daughter, "How do you feel there? The young girl answers firmly and with a lot of emotion, "it was worth it". I really liked this phrase, as the film developed, it became very meaningful to me, sometimes we do things with the fear of facing certain inconveniences and we doubt, but when we put all our will and finally we achieve it, this phrase becomes present.

Muchas personas dejan de lograr sus sueños porque están en la espera de que otros les presenten las oportunidades, sin embargo, en esta película me quedó muy claro que somos nosotros que debemos buscarlas y aprovecharlas. La confianza y el apoyo de los padres y el resto de la familia en este tipo de decisiones es fundamental para lograr los objetivos.
La joven muestra cierta madurez a pesar de su edad, ella requirió de mucho valor para admitir que en ciertas ocasiones, no estaba bien, tenía presente que para lograr sus sueños también necesitaba someterse a una cantidad de sacrificios que hacen doler el alma, extrañar a la familia es algo aterrador, cosas que nos llegan a sacudir y nos hacen pensar en rendirnos.
>Many people fail to achieve their dreams because they are waiting for others to present them with opportunities, however, in this film it became very clear to me that we are the ones who must look for them and take advantage of them. The trust and support of parents and the rest of the family in this type of decision is fundamental to achieve the goals.
>The young woman shows a certain maturity despite her age, she required a lot of courage to admit that on certain occasions, she was not well, she had in mind that to achieve her dreams she will also need to submit to a number of sacrifices that make the soul ache, missing the family is something terrifying, things that come to shake us and make us think about giving up.

Lecciones: Vivir los sueños es muy difícil pero realmente vale la pena, mucho más cuando hemos sido fuertes para superar los días malos y volver a empezar, creo que nuestra fuerza interior, nuestra confianza y seguridad es nuestro motor para lograrlo, "somos lo que queremos ser", eso es muy importante y determinante en nuestras vidas, pero debemos convencernos a nosotros mismos para lograr con convicción que los demás también crean en nosotros.
Esta película ha despertado parte de mi que quizás estuvo de cierta forma dormida o rendida, no nos conformemos con lo poco que podamos dar o hacer, despertemos a todo ese ser poderoso que llevamos por dentro que de seguro nos ayudará a triunfar a pesar de enfrentarnos a diferentes derrotas, una de esta que nos hace mucho más daño y nos agota, es la emocional. Por eso son muy significativas esas personas que nos aman y que están dispuestas a decir lo apropiado, a callar mientras les hablamos y a respetar incluso nuestro deseo de estar a solas, sin pensar que somos egoístas.
>Lessons: Living our dreams is very difficult but it is really worth it, much more when we have been strong to overcome the bad days and start again, I believe that our inner strength, our confidence and security is our engine to achieve it, "we are what we want to be", that is very important and decisive in our lives, but we must convince ourselves to achieve with conviction that others also believe in us.
>This film has awakened part of me that perhaps was in a certain way asleep or surrendered, let's not be satisfied with the little we can give or do, let's wake up all that powerful being we carry inside that will surely help us to succeed despite facing different defeats, one of these that hurts us much more and exhausts us, is the emotional one. That is why those people who love us and who are willing to say the appropriate thing, to keep quiet while we talk to them and to respect even our desire to be alone, without thinking that we are selfish, are very significant.

Cuando seamos aplastados por la gigantesca ola de la melancolía, busquemos la forma de mirar al cielo y llenarnos de la energía de todas esas estrellas que están allí para acompañarnos, sintamos la inmensidad de la belleza del universo que está allí para consolarnos y sacarnos una sonrisa mientras nuestras lágrimas caen. Todo esto es posible, pero solo depende de nosotros, de ese amor que hemos cultivado hacia nuestro ser y de la capacidad de entendimiento para saber que detrás de cada risa existen hermosos momentos, pero detrás de cada llanto, existió un dolor insoportable que logramos superar que nos hizo más valiente y fuerte.
A veces solo necesitamos de buena actitud, de algo de imaginación y un deseo inmenso para que las situaciones vuelvan apuntar a nuestro favor. Debemos ser aptos para entender ciertos fenómenos externos que no están en nuestro control, vientos muy fuertes, tormentas, mares con altos oleajes, que quizás parezcan estar en nuestra contra, pero la verdad es que es su naturaleza. Somos nosotros los que decidimos cómo todo esto afectará nuestras metas, pensamientos y hasta sentimientos. Pues muchas veces arrojamos toda nuestra furia y nos dejamos manejar por ella, por un evento imprevisto, pero no es la mejor manera de actuar, pues nuestras emociones serán controladas por alguien más, y todo puede salirse de control.
>When we are crushed by the gigantic wave of melancholy, let us find a way to look at the sky and fill ourselves with the energy of all those stars that are there to accompany us, let us feel the immensity of the beauty of the universe that is there to comfort us and bring a smile to our faces as our tears fall. All this is possible, but it only depends on us, on that love that we have cultivated towards our being and the capacity of understanding to know that behind every laugh there are beautiful moments, but behind every cry, there was an unbearable pain that we managed to overcome that made us braver and stronger.
>Sometimes all we need is a good attitude, some imagination and an immense desire to turn situations in our favor. We must be able to understand certain external phenomena that are not in our control, very strong winds, storms, seas with high waves, which may seem to be against us, but the truth is that it is their nature. We are the ones who decide how all this will affect our goals, thoughts and even feelings. For many times we throw all our fury and let ourselves be driven by it, because of an unforeseen event, but it is not the best way to act, because our emotions will be controlled by someone else, and everything can get out of control.

Seamos los capitanes de nuestras vidas, siempre será bueno escuchar opiniones, recomendaciones y cosas que según otras personas debemos hacer, pero somos nosotros quienes damos nuestra última palabra, de allí la importancia de tener nuestros principios bien arraigados, el entrenamiento de nuestra conciencia, el amor propio y el que le damos a los demás, todo esto ayudará para que nuestras decisiones no lastimen a nadie, por lo menos no de manera calculada.
Los invito a averiguar lo que significaron estos 210 días para esta valiente joven y toda su familia, tras lograr conquistar uno de sus sueños. Ella nos prueba que si es posible, el límite está en nosotros, seamos imitadores de personas que nos inspiren a superarnos y tengamos la humildad de aprender de sus logros, teniendo en cuenta todas sus caídas y también toda esa fuerza que necesitaron para levantarse. Vean la película, valdrá la pena.
>Let's be the captains of our lives, it will always be good to listen to opinions, recommendations and things that other people say we should do, but we are the ones who give our last word, hence the importance of having our principles well rooted, the training of our conscience, self-love and the love we give to others, all this will help so that our decisions do not hurt anyone, at least not in a calculated way.
>I invite you to find out what these 210 days meant for this brave young woman and her whole family, after conquering one of her dreams. She proves to us that if it is possible, the limit is in us, let us be imitators of people who inspire us to surpass ourselves and let us have the humility to learn from their achievements, taking into account all their falls and also all the strength they needed to get up.
