Hola a toda mi gente bella de Hive, hoy deseo de todo corazón que la estén pasando bien en familia, los domingos siempre sirven para descansar y hacer actividades de recreación con nuestros seres queridos.

Por aquí vengo a contarles parte de las vivencias de mi segundo día en casa de mi amiga Nilde, debo decirles que entre las compras que hicimos el primer día, estaba estipulado hacer unos ricos postres, para acompañar nuestras programadas y deliciosas  comidas.

A Nilde se le da muy bien lo de las tortas caseras, sin cremas, como me gustan. Por eso por aquí les dejo unas fotos donde se indican los ingredientes que utilizamos. Debo aclarar que mi post no será para dar de forma detallada la receta, ya que ese privilegió lo tendrá mi amiga a futuro, cuando se active por esta plataforma. Pero si quiero destacar unos que otros comentarios que llamaron mi atención al momento de hacer la preparación.

>Nilde is very good at homemade cakes, without creams, as I like them. That's why here are some photos showing the ingredients we use. I must clarify that my post will not be to give in detail the recipe, since that privilege will be for my friend in the future, when she becomes active on this platform. But I do want to highlight a few comments that caught my attention at the time of preparation.

Siempre hemos sabido que cada quien tiene su forma de hacer sus cosas. En esta torta mi amiga no utilizó mantequilla, más bien la sustituyó por aceite de girasol, algo costoso por cierto. Mientras ella media sus porciones de acuerdo a su receta, yo estaba lista para mezclar los ingredientes. Esto me permitió aprender un poco. A lo primero que me tocó darle paleta, fue al aceite y la azúcar, ya listo ella colocó las gotas de vainillas, los 4 huevos, quedando la mezcla que les muestro en las fotos. 

>We have always known that everyone has their own way of doing things. In this cake my friend did not use butter, but rather substituted it with sunflower oil, something expensive by the way. While she measured her portions according to her recipe, I was ready to mix the ingredients. This allowed me to learn a little. The first thing I had to give the paddle to was the oil and sugar, then she added the vanilla drops and the 4 eggs, resulting in the mixture I show you in the photos.

En otro recipiente Nilde colocó las tazas de harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear, una cucharada de ralladura de limón y procedió a  mezclar todo eso.

Me llamó mucho la atención que en mis tortas anteriores, yo mezclaba casi todos los ingredientes al mismo tiempo. Ella por su lado, los clasificó en dos recipientes, para posteriormente mezclarlos unos con otros.

Debo confesarle que me pareció muy práctico y rápido el proceso. Ya cuando yo terminé la mezcla con el líquido, ella incorporó de manera simultánea la leche con todo lo que había preparado, es decir, la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear y la ralladura de limón. Para finalizar con la mezcla lista para hornear.

>I must confess that I found the process very practical and fast. When I finished mixing with the liquid, she simultaneously incorporated the milk with everything she had prepared, that is, the wheat flour, the baking powder and the lemon zest. To finish with the mixture ready to bake.

Ya estaban listos los envases para hornear los bizcochos. Previamente ella le colocó mantequilla y harina de trigo, esto para evitar que se pegue al molde. Como pueden ver en la fotos, son pequeños, eran los indicados para la mezcla preparada.

Una vez colocado en el horno se tomó el tiempo apropiado. Así quedaron estas ricas tortas. Una cosa graciosa, fue que ya en el horno mi amiga no recordaba si había colocado la cantidad exacta de la leche. Por más que lo pensó, no lo recordó, pero una vez que probamos la torta, descubrimos que le habías faltado una taza de leche. Aún así la torta quedó muy rica, esa fue la opinión del resto de la familia.

>Once placed in the oven it took the appropriate time. This is how these delicious cakes turned out. A funny thing, was that already in the oven my friend did not remember if she had put the exact amount of milk. As much as she thought about it, she didn't remember, but once we tasted the cake, we discovered that she had missed a cup of milk. Even so, the cake was very tasty, that was the opinion of the rest of the family.

En la foto principal vemos la torta acompañada de unos recipientes con arroz con leche, este rico postre fue cortesía en su preparación de mi hijo Jonathan, quien nos visitó ese día, con la intención de preparar tan exquisita receta. En la familia de mi amiga habían algunos miembros que decían no gustarle arroz con leche, pero con esta receta retiraron lo dicho, a todos les fascinó, mi amiga fue su fans número uno, a ella no le gustó, le encantó, casi y se lo come todo.  Así termina mi relato del día, en cuanto a los postres. Espero sea de su agrado y dejen sus acostumbrados comentarios.

In my friend's family there were some members who said they did not like rice pudding, but with this recipe they withdrew what they said, everyone was fascinated, my friend was her number one fan, she did not like it, she loved it, almost and eats it all.
