Hay que ser paciente y esperar a que el aceite este bien caliente, echar el huevo con cuidado para que no se rompa al caer en la sartén. Echar una pizca de sal sobre él y dejar hacer a tú gusto. En mi casa esa frase del que no sabe freír un un huevo es un inútil era muy escuchada también jajaja... Los huevos fritos son una delicia y ya acompañados de patatas fritas y chorizo una pasada, incluso los huevos con jamón jajaja ¡viva el colesterol! jajajaja Un abrazo @garvi!
