Hola, estimado @garybilbao. Tus recomendaciones son, en general, muy prácticas, y, supongo, que con una efectividad comprobada más allá de tu experiencia. 
Con tu permiso, yo sustituiría el verbo de la frase que funciona como *leitmotiv* de tu post por **confiar**: **Confía en ti y en tu mensaje**.
Cuando estudié mi licenciatura en Literatura, tuve un profesor (que es un gran amigo; todavía vive, aunque ya es muy mayor) que, cuando daba sus clases (nada más y nada menos que de Teoría literaria y de Literatura inglesa), miraba siempre hacia el fondo del salón. Todos los alumnos estábamos atentos a su exposición, que se debatía entre la duda, la ironía y el humor. Creo que todos aprendimos mucho de él.
También podría citar el caso del gran poeta venezolano Rafael Cadenas, un tímido empedernido (a quien conozco personalmente aunque no fui su alumno; yo en la UDO y él en la UCV), quien en sus clases (y conversaciones) puede pasar minutos pensativo, sin decir nada; sin embargo, sus clases se atiborraban no solo con los alumnos de sus materias sino incluso con otros profesores (colegas suyos de la Escuela de Letras de la UCV), que se sentaban en el piso para escuchar sus clases.

Hola, @garybilbao leo tu post y justo hoy por un rato vi una parte de un película que le preste atención justo cuando el mayor le decía al niño ...muchos te dirán que no puedes, que eres incapaz, y otras palabras...pero lo mas importante es que tú no te las digas a ti...
Esto es tan común cuando escucho a alguna persona es que no sirvo, soy estúpida/o, etc etc... :::EL MENSAJE ES CREE EN TI:::todo lo que expones es muy útil...
