[ ESP / ENG ] RECETA: DELICIOSA NATILLA DE CAMBUR / RECIPE: DELICIOUS CAMBUR CUSTARD.

Buenas noches, amigos de mi comunidad favorita #FoodiesBeeHive, bendiciones hasta que sobreabunden.
Hoy quiero compartir una rica receta: Natilla de cambur. 
Receta que les gusta mucho a los niños 
El cambur, es una de las primeras frutas que se les da a los niños, ya que aporta vitaminas y minerales, debido a su alto contenido de potasio.

Today I want to share a yummy recipe: cambur custard. 
A recipe that kids like very much. 
The cambur, is one of the first fruits given to children, as it provides vitamins and minerals, due to its high potassium content.

##### INGREDIENTES: 

6 cambur del pequeño.
100 gramos de azúcar.
Un huevo.
Tres cucharadas de maicena.
Medio litro de leche
Dos cucharadas de vainilla.
Canela, es opcional.

>INGREDIENTS: 

>6 small cambur.
100 grams of sugar.
One egg.
Three spoonfuls of cornstarch.
Half liter of milk.
Two spoonfuls of vanilla.
Cinnamon, it is optional.

##### PROCEDIMIENTO:

Pelar los cambures.
Agregar en la licuadora: el medio litro de leche y  los cambures y licuar.

>PROCEDURE:

>Peel the cambures.
Add in the blender: the half liter of milk and the cambures and blend.

Ahora agregar:  el azúcar y seguir licuando.

En la licuadora echar: la vainilla, el huevo y la maicena, continuar licuando.

Ahora esa mezcla , colocarla en una olla, poner a calentar en la candela a fuego lento e ir meneando con la paleta

>Now place the mixture in a saucepan, heat it over low heat and stir it with the paddle.

Cuando la mezcla haya cambiado de espesor, apagar.
Servir y comer con el acompañante que desees, puede ser pan, casabe o galletas.

>When the mixture has changed its thickness, turn off.
Serve and eat with the accompaniment of your choice, it can be bread, cassava or cookies.
