I get burnt too, I take time off when I do.  I take a trip to get away and relax. Listening  to some music may help.  Trading is high stress;   Some good music, a glass of wine, closing your eyes can do wonders. ;

I dont think its finished dropping.. Bitcoin has a little more drop minimal I think.  I have a chart in my blog.
