<p>Change NUMBER in the previous address to the phone number you want to call, and do not forget the international prefix. In Nigeria, the country code is 234, so to write a MESSAGE to the number 0706 123 4560 you should write https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=234706 123 4560. Do not add spaces, hyphens or anything other than digits in the phone number or it will not work.</p>

This is enlightening and  superb, 

but if this process is performed on system (Laptop) then i don't think it would send the message.

@ennycares  You can apply these steps on PC or laptop. However, you'll need to use Chrome browser. Not tested with other browsers yet.
