February 7 2020 - Four post pushup

Invented topics for four posts. Actifit was the easy one. And monomad. Decided to video new footage for #getinshapachallenge and when I went to sleep left 3speak code it and publish it on it's own.

I selected pushups for my challenge because I need the upper body strength. If, by the end of 6 weeks, or perhaps it's only five now, I can pushup 20, I'm happy. Toes on the floor, not knees. If I manage to do more, that would be awesome. Perhaps even hand stand without touching the wall. Our hands stand pushups! 😁

Well, perhaps 6 weeks isn't enough for that to happen.

Anyway, better add some squats there too to keep some balance. 200 in a row.
